This was a perfect location for a few days away for a summer baseball tournament! Just a walk to the beach and a quick car ride or bike ride to the village. Kitchen was stocked well, lots of bed options for the kids, easy entry exit door pads, and a strong AC system. we will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay in St. Simons Island. The beds and bedding were cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our dinners with ease. While we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, the staff responded promptly and resolved them quickly and professionally. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily recommend the Old Bay Hideaway for anyone planning a visit to SSI.

Great property. Little more than 1,000 steps to the sand! Seamless check in. Kitchen well stocked. Doesn’t get much more laid back than Wood Street. We would gladly come back.
