Thank you so much for the kind review—we’re thrilled to hear you had such a great stay! It’s awesome that you were able to enjoy the hot tub and that the house had everything you needed to feel comfortable. We love that your dog got in on the fun too—those wildlife “shows” with squirrels, birds, and deer are always a guest favorite! And kudos to you for making the walk to the village part of your daily routine (even if the pool trek turned into a drive the next day—we completely get it 😊). It truly means a lot that your son is already asking to come back—that’s the best compliment we could ask for. We’d absolutely love to host you all again on your next trip!

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you experienced with the hot tub maintaining its temperature. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have addressed the issue to help ensure it is working properly for future guests. Thank you as well for mentioning the proximity to the main road and railroad, as that can be helpful information for future guests when choosing a property. We’re so glad the location was still a major plus for your group, and we truly appreciate you staying with us. We’d love to welcome you back again!

hank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that the booking process, check-in, and amenities like the hot tub, SHARC passes, and kitchen setup all contributed to a smooth and pleasant experience. We’re especially happy that you enjoyed the surprise of the bikes and met some friendly neighbors—Clark is a favorite around here! We truly appreciate your honest notes about the floors, AC in the loft, bathroom size, and flickering light. We’ll be sure to review these items with our team and see what improvements can be made. We also understand how the location and nearby train noise may have impacted your overall impression, especially with little ones—we’re sorry to hear about that disruption. Your input is invaluable in helping us create a more comfortable experience for future guests, and we’re grateful you shared both the positives and areas for improvement. While we’re sorry to hear this stay didn’t quite hit the mark for you, we do hope you'll consider giving us another try in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the SHARC passes. While the home can accommodate up to eight guests, the number of SHARC passes is determined by the homeowner's allotment and is noted in the property listing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you were still able to enjoy the home and all that the area has to offer. Thank you for staying with us.
