Colonial 4 is a stunning luxury home nestled along the Meadows Golf Course. This premier home is in the perfect location and is ideal for multi-family vacations, work retreats, and so much more.

Colonial 4 is a 3800 sq. foot home, with 6 bedrooms with 6.5 baths all with their own private bath. The sixth bedroom doubles as a large bonus room with a queen-sized Murphy bed and a sofa sleeper. The upstairs bonus room is lockable for privacy and boasts its own bathroom and fireplace for an added treat! This home is perfect for those who prefer not to navigate stairs. There is only one step into the entryway and there are two master king bedrooms on the first floor that are equipped with walk-in showers. The remaining 4 bedrooms (including the 6th bedroom/bonus room) are upstairs, all with their own bathrooms with walk-in showers. One also has a large soaking tub for those much-needed relaxing baths after a long day.

This spacious home has a large living room and dining room downstairs with a beautiful colonial-style fireplace separating the two. Equipped with ceiling-to-floor windows, you will not be disappointed by the stunning view of the Meadows Golf Course. Whether you are sitting on the patio furniture during the summer months or in the living room in the winter, the view will not disappoint.

The kitchen was well-equipped for making a large meal with plenty of seating available. The house was spacious with king-size beds and bathrooms in each bedroom. The location was great - just 1/2 mile to the village and SHARC - and an easy bike ride to Fort Rock Park for pickleball. We were short on towels in one bathroom. The management company staff was friendly and delivered towels within the hour. I would highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house. Loved that all the rooms had their own bathroom. Didn't have a chance to cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. The hot tub worked well and there were lots of extra towels. Really appreciated the big driveway. The pool table and ping pong tables were a nice bonus too.

Roomy Beautiful Home with Golf Course Views

We had a wonderful stay at the property in Sunriver, Oregon. The home was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed in the kitchen, including all the pots and pans for cooking. Communication with the property manager, Scott, was exceptional. I must have sent at least eight messages, and he was always prompt, thorough, and helpful with every response. The only small issue was that half the ceiling lights weren’t working. I brought it to Scott’s attention, and he assured me it would be resolved for future guests. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but I appreciated their responsiveness in addressing it. Overall, we were very happy with both the home and the attentive property management. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to return!

The kitchen and dinging areas were awesome too. And the location was perfect!! Our only complaint was the living room seating options. The house says it sleeps up to 14 guests, yet there are only 6-7 places to sit in the living room. Since we visited over the holidays, we spent a lot of time playing games and watching movies in the living room but we always had to have 3-4 people sitting on the ground. It’s a little frustrating when rentals say they can sleep far more people than can comfortably sit in the living space :/

Great location, 5 king rooms with baths but limited seating areas

The 6th bedroom has its own bath too but has windows to the living room without shades - beds in that room were very uncomfortable. Very limited seating for a house that sleeps so many. Terrible patio furniture, no yard. Bikes are in good shape. Good location, close to the village. Thin walls, anytime someone was up & walking through the house they'd wake up everyone else.

Everything that they had control over was handled quickly with a 5 star level of professionalism. Things that their office cannot control were okay but could have been better. The housekeeping such as restroom cleanliness, fresh sheets, clean towels was very good. The vacuuming and sweeping of the floors in the kitchen and living room was not great, broken chips on floor of kitchen, outdoor debris in the carpet that the average home vacuum would pick up. Loved the access to The Sharc! Wifi worked great. Two things that the homeowner might wish to address are the older outdoor furniture on the patio with no umbrellas for shade and the closed in hot tub room that was dark and very stuffy due to no fresh air circulation. It appears to have been originally built to have 2 open walls that have been closed off to create this condition. Would have liked to use that room more than we did.

This was our second year staying at this home. It’s perfect for our large family. It’s also in a perfect location, right next to the mall and the Sharc. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is well furnished, in a great location, has an amazing kitchen, and has lots of king suites to accommodate different couples. The glaring negative however is that the beds are all very stiff, creaky, and uncomfortable. We stayed at this house two years ago and it had the same problem then as well, so it’s a shame there is no interest in addressing it. One person in our group went to Costco and bought a mattress topper as he started having back pain.

Great stay, plenty of room

Fantastic for family groups! Our only complaint was that the listing didn't do the property justice! We had 4 couples and young children and we were all very happy with the comfort level of the home. Cozy but not too lived in, updated but not too modern. The bathrooms in each room was a great amenity. Bikes, hot tub, ping pong table, and BBQ were all utilized and worked great. Outside overlooked the 10th green and 11th hole tee box but we never felt bothered by golfers nor did we feel we were too close for them to enjoy their round. Great property and highly recommended for a families group who want to stay together but also need their own space.

We had a minor problem with the washing machine, but a repairman was dispatched immediately and it did not adversely affect our experience.
