Welcome to Villa Ventosa, nestled in the Coral Bay hillside 450 feet above shoreline, with epic Caribbean and down island views. This beloved villa features 3 king en-suites -- perfect for couples getaway or family vacation. The expansive great room accommodates ample comfortable seating for the whole family complete with entertainment system, dining area, and a well appointed kitchen to meet all your chef’s needs. The high ceilings and multiple sliding glass doors welcome the island’s trade winds for a relaxing atmosphere.

The villa has two levels, connected by an exterior covered stairway. At the upper parking level, you will find easy access to the great room, laundry, office desk, powder room and outdoor covered veranda. The primary en-suite is also on this level, complete with outdoor shower and private balcony. On the lower level, you will find two additional king en-suites available to accommodate larger groups. All bedrooms feature A/C and direct veranda access.

Villa Ventosa is the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor living surrounded by lush mature landscaping. On the southeast facing pool deck enjoy a dip into the 9x15 pool, relax in the large spa overlooking the vast blue horizon, or enjoy cooking and dining alfresco under the stars. There’s plenty of seating for everyone! An outdoor shower borders the pool for a refreshing rinse after the beach before taking that plunge.

For that occasional remote work need, the great room includes a convenient open desk space. Need not worry about those pesky island power interruptions, as the property is equipped with Tesla solar battery backup. Villa Ventosa is all about maximum comfort and accommodation -- you will find it hard to leave!

Villa Ventosa is off the beaten path, making this a magnificent getaway. The road up is partly paved. A vehicle with 4-wheel drive is required. Driveway and parking area are fully paved.

Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.
