Guests will have the whole house to themselves during their stay except for 1 Utility Closet and the Garage.

In winter months we strongly recommend that you have a vehicle with All Wheel Drive or 4x4 available. While there are mostly paved roads to the house there are 2 gravel roadways right before our house plus our driveway is a gravel driveway. There is a chance for lots of snow to fall and having AWD or 4x4 will help you greatly.
