Thank you for staying at the great Casa Uana. Located in a secluded residential area between Tamarindo and Langosta, it is a few steps from the beach (direct access from the development itself) and a short walk to town. The house is perfect for groups and large fmailies with 6 independent bedrooms. The house has a/c in every room, cable tv, internet, a full kitchen, laundry amenities, BBQ and a nice private pool. The property has lots of outdoor and indoor spaces too.

Thank you Ross! This beautiful modern home is perfect for a family vacation with plenty of room. Located a short walk to the beach with access to both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. A short 3 minute drive to downtown Tamarindo and all of its amenities. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Amazing home with great location

This property is stunning. Lots of room with a great pool. Location to town and lots of restaurants and bars. Concierge Lola was incredible with arranging excursions. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Thank you for choosing to stay at Casa Uana and for the great 5 star-review! The property is located in a high-end residential, in Langsota, one mile from the town of Tamarindo. You have direct access to the beach from the residential. Better to drive a golf cart or a car if you want more independence but you can also use taxis down here. With 6 BDR's, the property is comfortable and fantastic for large groups and families. It has a private pool and space to park two cars outside.

I booked this house for 2 weeks for my wife’s 60th birthday. The property was everything we expected and was as depicted in the listing. The location was excellent with great access to the beach and a reasonable walk to numerous restaurants. Additionally, the communication was amazing. Not only was the check in process easy RPM was amazing to work with throughout. They assisted with booking multiple excursions; including helping with a cancellation and a last minute change. This included putting us in touch with a private chef to cook for my wive’s birthday. They even helped us out in the morning when our flight arrived early by allowing us to store our luggage at their location while the property was still occupied. Between the property and the service we would have no reservation in recommending this booking!

The house is beautiful and we had an amazing time- the only issues were 1) the sliding doors to the main house are difficult to lock. And with slight pressure, the door can be opened even when locked. Which is concerning if you have children. And the second issue is, this may have been a misunderstanding on my end of the description, but I didn’t know each room was completely separate. We had children and I felt uncomfortable with them being in a separate area with a separate entrance, so I ended up sleeping with one of my kids in their room, instead of with my husband. Not an issue if you have older kids. And again this isn’t the hosts fault, as much as my misunderstanding of the description.

Awesome Group Trip!

We had a great time, the property was amazing and in a great safe neighborhood. We rented a golf cart to zip around, but the walk was honestly not long and so pretty. Nice way to start your day to walk to the fun shops and restaurants. 1 of the double bed rooms is substantially not as big/nice as the others, but one of the couples were just troopers about it! otherwise, it was perfect and amazing! the pool was amazing, and the ac and power shades were awesome and felt so luxurious!

Casa Uana is our most favorite place we’ve ever stayed. It greatly exceeded any expectations. Everything about it was beautiful and eye-catching. The pool was warm with lovely colored lighting and we swam every night. Each room has its own keyed entrance and the living room/kitchen is completely separate, which is the perfect set-up for a large group. In addition, the design is gorgeous, with careful attention to every detail of design. It is like a house you’d find in a magazine like House Beautiful or Sunset Magazine. We would book Casa Uana again in a heartbeat.

Casa Uana is a 6 BDR luxury home located in a beautiful residential area in Playa Langosta, within a short 5-minute drive of Tamarindo. The property offers large outdoor and indoor spaces with 4 bedrooms on the lower floor and 2 on a second level. You can enjoy the large private pool in the middle, a BBQ area, and parking space for at least two large vehicles in front of the house. Fully equipped, the house is ideal for large families and friend groups.

Absolutely stunning home and exceptional concierge team. They helped us plan everything from golf carts, excursions, golf, and dining. The home location is excellent, with the ability to walk to town or to local restaurants if you aren’t inclined to rent a golf cart. My family loved the golf carts though, so I’d highly recommend renting them.We have a big family, with a broad age range, so the home set-up was just perfect. Each room is private, with its own shower/bathroom, and very large storage area. I really can’t say enough about this home or the property management team.
