We had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing—beautiful, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was neat, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was fantastic and one of our favorite parts of the property.The property manager was wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions promptly and even helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which made our trip so much easier.Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our group of 10 had a great stay at Casa Giving Tree. The home is nice and spacious, well kept, and worked very well for a group trip. The location is great, just outside the main part of town so it’s quieter, but still very easy to get to restaurants, shops, and the beach.The beach club access was a nice bonus and added to the overall experience. Ben was helpful with planning and reservations, which made logistics much smoother.Overall, I’d recommend Casa Giving Tree for a group trip to Tamarindo.

The house was fantastic! The kitchen had everything you need, bedrooms were all wonderful. Host Ben swapped bed sizes to accommodate our group as well! The pool was great, warm/ right temp. Near to the beach, plus the beach club was wonderful, made the whole experience just great. Ben was very responsive as well. Even helped find the channels the Winter Olympics were on. Great trip, highly recommended.

Great location and hosts!

This house was a wonderful spot for our spring break with 2 families. Plenty of space and easy to get around with golf carts. The hosts were very responsive to every request or question, they had great recommendations and organized multiple activities including a boat day, estuary tour (last minute), private chef, shuttles and more!

Such an amazing experience. Check in could not have been easier, Ben the property owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Very clean property, everything you need, even a concierge services for activity and restaurant reservations!

Stay was great! House was in great condition as seen in the listing and Ben was amazing! Super helpful and always willing to help set up plans and answer any questions or look into anything needed! We had one small issue with the grill that Ben followed up with instantly and helped us back to new. Will definitely be back

How was terrific, if not in "immaculate" condition as listed. Cabinets are a bit worn, walls are in need of some touch up, but overall very, very nice.

Great stay

This house was amazing. The communication with the property management team was excellent as they were very responsive. The service was also great. The house has beach chairs and is only a 2 minute walk from two beaches. Also very easy to get into town with a golf cart.

Family vacation

This house was truly amazing and Kenneth and Julieth were extremely helpful. They made the vacation go so smoothly with no problems at all. We had my parents with us and the casita was perfect for them and the house was so comfortable, very clean and just amazing! It was also close to everything.

Amazing Villa in Tamarindo

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Giving Tree. Communication with host was excellent. Close to downtown. Private access to beach. Great pool. Spacious rooms. Wonderful large kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

The property lived up to its listing. It accommodated 11 adults with no problem. The host Lindsey was very responsive. Overall an excellent villa.

Beautiful and Modern

This house was extremely beautiful and clean. All the room were excellent. We spent a lot of time by the pool it had great sun and shade areas. They cleaned the pool daily. Housekeeping was great; It was a safe gated community very close to downtown but far enough way for privacy. I would stay there again.

Great Stay in Brand New Property

We stayed in November 2020 for around 2 weeks and loved every minute of it. The house is brand new, and very well designed. Its clear that no short cuts have been taken, and everything is done with quality materials and the comfort of the people staying in this house in mind. Communication with Jason, Lindsey and their crew was flawless and they went out of their way to help with whatever small issues or questions we had. Highly Recommended!

Convenient and comfortable!

We had an amazing stay! The property is very well located - less than a 5 min walk to the beach and a super easy walk (about 10-15 mins) to town on a nice paved sidewalk. Staying in Langosta is a huge perk given the proximity to town, but relaxed more quiet vibe. We had golf carts too which made transportation within Tamarindo seamless. The community is gated and felt super safe and the house itself was very clean and lovely. The house team made every aspect of this trip seamless, from the breakfast service to airport transfers to dinner - we hardly had to think and it was very relaxing. Thanks so much!

Great Vacation!

Our family of 9 absolutely loved our stay at Casa Giving Tree. This is a beautiful, modern, large, comfortable and very clean house. We loved the pool. We especially loved access to the Langosta Beach club. This gave us the perfect mix of a vacation home where we could all be together and some amenities of a resort (food/drink service, gym, spa). The folks at the management company super helpful and responsive-- helped us with stocking the fridge, renting golf carts (highly recommend golf carts!), and planning activities. As a busy vacation rental host myself, I know first hand that they truly went above and beyond. Great trip all around.

Pura Vida

Very nice place. Well stocked and kept very clean. The pool guys show up very day to clean up the pool deck and pool. House cleaning comes 3 days a week. The biggest thing that we were not aware of, was you get free access to the Langosta beach club. Its a $30 value per person per day. Very nice place to eat and get to the beach with pool. We were there just about everyday. Everyone we dealt with was very nice and helpful. This place will not disappoint. Thanks so much

Great stay in Playa Langosta!

We had a great stay at Casa Giving Tree! The communication for months leading up to our stay was amazing, they helped us with lots of things for our stay (private chef, excursions, transportation, pre-arrival groceries, etc). The communication continued to be great throughout the stay as well- they even called a doctor for us to come to the house when a few of our kids got sick. The house was amazing! Beautiful and just as pictured- was a perfect layout for our 3 families with kids. You can walk to a few places (beach, a few restaurants, a grocery store) but we rented a golf cart to make it easier to get into the main area of Tamarindo. The additional option to use the Langosta Beach Club was great- we took advantage of the gym and pool there a few days during our trip. Overall, the experience with this house was great! We will definitely come back! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Casa Giving Tree was perfect for our family stay that included 6 adults and 4 grandchildren ages 6 - 11 years old. The casita was perfect for the grandparents who wanted to give the rest of the family their space in the main house. The house is well laid out and the split (HVAC) systems worked great. Furnishings both inside and outside were appropriate and in good repair. The washer and dryer were fairly new and very efficient. The house is in a private gated and guarded community (24 hours). Safety and security was never a concern. We rented a 6-passenger golf cart which came in very handy for for local transportation to the beach club and into Tamarindo for morning "Waffle Monkey" runs and evening trips into town for dinner. The owner provides access to Langosta Beach Club without a daily charge which provided a perfect setting for the kids to enjoy the beach, the pools and to enjoy non-stop food and beverage service poolside and beachside. The owner is also a member of the local golf course and offered member pricing on greens and cart fees which was greatly appreciated. The neighborhood has direct and exclusive access to Tamarindo Bay via several private beaches which was great for beach strolls and to take in the nightly sunsets which were remarkable. House cleaning was provided by a wonderful person who did a marvelous job. The owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond before and during our stay. We recommend this house without any hesitancy.
