THINGS TO KNOW

-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-This is the rear unit in a duplex and entrance to home is through the back alley.
-Like many homes in the neighborhood this home does NOT have AC. Ceiling fans and the coastal breeze cool the home nicely.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING:
There is an uncovered carport parking for two vehicles located in the alley at 24W x 325D at deepest section (front entrance of your home). There is also limited additional public street parking in front of the property. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.t.
