Unit 84- 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with fabulous views of the beach looking north! You can watch the guard stands come to life each morning on the public beach and be a part of the action of beautiful Siesta Key from 8 floors up. This one bedroom condo has been recently painted and updated to enhance the unique woodwork and Italian tile. All countertops are granite, featuring a generous bar that stretches the length of one window bank in the renovated lanai with barstools for meals, looking out to the beach. The lanai also boasts a full desk for working from home and a quiet reading nook. In the full tile bathroom you’ll find a walk in shower and a grab bar for safety. Two queen beds, a walk in closet and 46” flat screen TV make the bedroom comfortable and flexible for most needs. The living area is fresh and inviting and includes a new 55” flat screen TV. Two barstools tuck in at the kitchen bar for quick snacks. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, etc. Please note that the pool visible from this unit is for the condo building next door.

Great Stay on Siesta Key Beach

Everything was perfect! Very clean and nicely furnished condo. Just a few minutes to downtown Siesta Key. We love this area and have stayed at Palm Bay several times and are never disappointed! Hassle-free check-in and great communication. Will definitely stay at this unit on eighth floor again!

The kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, utensils and appliances but not much of any odds and ends that you just need a little of but don't want to buy a bottle of if you are flying (spices, salt and pepper, condiments). The units furnace was broken and we had to wait three days for the repairman. We were given a portable heater that was inadequate for the size of unit.

AMAZING SUNSET VIEWS

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the condo and especially the view of the beach and the beautiful sunsets! Check in was easy, parking was always available and the unit was CLEAN and ready by 2pm. The condo was well equipted with everything we needed- coffee pot, bath towels, beach towels and the pop up tent came in so handy to give us some shade on the beach! The living room was so spacious and the bedroom was cozy. We felt right at home! We never had to wait very long on an elevator and the walk to beach was close since this unit is right on the beachfront tower building. The guys setting up the beach chairs were quick to help us and set up the lounge chairs for us. As soon as they saw us setting up the pop up tent, they brought us chairs. The sand on this beach is like none other I have been to. The sand is pure white (google it- it is considered quartz) and does not get hot to the touch. It was 100 degrees but we could walk on it without shoes. There is an "drum circle" event every Sunday evening down at the public beach area (about a mile walk away). It's alot of fun with people dancing and wathcing the sunset. Take your beach chairs or blankets and a picnic if you attend.

Good value with some minor issues

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean and well appointed, but a couple of small issues came up. The refrigerator door was broken and made it a bit difficult to close, needing 2 hands, one to hold the sealing flap in place and the other to slowly close the door to slide the sealing flap into position. The other issue was at check-in. We received the magnetic key and instructions to use it, and it worked fine to enter the building, but upon reaching the unit, there was no magnetic key slot. The door had a combination pad instead. There was no combination listed in the materials, which only outlined the use of the magnetic key. We were able to get the door open with a guess at the code based on the gate code, so it ended up ok, but it was a bit annoying after a full day of travel. Aside from those two minor issues, the facility was very nice, the beach was right out the front door, and the unit was clean and had all the basics stocked. We were very satisfied with our stay.
