Vores to soveværelser enheder sove 6 gæster max at overholde Sarasota County Fire Code. Begge soveværelser er tæppebelagte og der er fliser over resten af ​​lejligheden. This property was great! It was nice and clean and perfect for a weekend girls trip. I liked that it was right in the middle of the property. You can easily walk to the beach or to the bay side.

Unit exceeded expectations and is in a great location on beach side of property. It is on the second floor, near large pool/pickleball courts, and close to beach and trolley stops. Beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available on beach. Would highly recommend!

Well the first thing when we started unpacking our food . We noticed the ice cube dispenser on the refrigerator door was empty and not working. Yes there were some ice cube trays in the freezer but as you know in Florida it’s hot and it didn’t take long to use all the ice cubes in the tray and then after filling the, with water had to wait and wait for more ice. We ended up buying a bag of ice. The bed covers are not what you see in the pictures online. The room with two beds had a very noticeable bleach stain on one of the covers. Not what we were expecting . We were giving that room to our family and were embarrassed . The clock in that bedroom wasn’t lit up so we thought it needed plugging in but then found out it was a battery operated clock so we went out and bought batteries for it. As night was falling we turned the lights on a one of the light bulbs was burned out. I know I may sound picky but why isn’t everything up to par when you enter the unit. Why wouldn’t the owner be notified that the ice maker wasn’t working so they could fix it. I tried sending a message to the care taker of the property to let the units owner know their property wasn’t being kept up but never got a response. They’re were plenty of dish ware , pots and pans and utensils . Nice hot water in the shower. The beach was wonderful .

Hello Judi, none of these issues were reported during the stay, by you or anyone in your party, I have reviewed all work orders made at the time of this reservation and our conversations in Vrbo this was never spoken of at all, I am sorry you chose to waste your time here replacing light bulbs and batteries that the on site office would have taken care of quickly had they been aware, we have full time maintenance and 24 hour security, housekeeping is on property every day. Unfortunately all of these listed issues could have been addressed in a matter of minutes had it been brought to anyone's attention.

Beautiful Place

We had a great long weekend getaway. The grounds are beautiful and the beach was just a short walk away. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great spot for a girls weekend!

We enjoyed hanging out, making meals in the condo and being able to walk down to the beach. Would go back in the future!

Lovely

We had the best time. The condo was perfect. It was clean bright and comfortable. Location was great. Steps to the most beautiful beach. We visited Key village which was a five minute drive and Lido Key just another 15 minute drive where we shopped in so many places. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo is beautiful and in a great location. The staff is not very friendly. The laundry is not convenient and you have to pay for the use of the washer and dryer.

Palm Bay Club: our Siesta Key destination for over ten years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly wonderful. Was hoping for a slightly earlier check-in time, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. The kitchen was pleasant to work in and had necessary appliances, dishes, and utensils. Bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. From experience, we know the items to bring including shampoo. Paper towels are not provided. Only the loveseat was comfortable in the living room. Bed mattress was a little soft, but not lumpy. Many pillows were provided. There were two hampers which I found after searching, which made it easier for used clothes. The clothing rack made it easy to dry swim clothes. I always enjoy lap swimming early in the morning in the 25 yard heated pool. The door lock was a problem not because of the code but the door doesn’t line up neatly with the lock. Sometimes we left the door unlocked for short periods for this reason. The beach had enough lounges and chairs the week we were in Siesta in wonderful weather. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in our time in Palm Bay Club, particularly Room 174. I hope we left the room in good condition.

Perfect experience

The Condo was perfect for our family of 4 -we have boys 7 & 10. The living space and kitchen gave us great space to relax. I loved being close to the pool and tennis courts. It was easy to see open courts and chairs and plan out good times for the kids to play. The beach was still very close and we were able to go back and forth when needed during the day. Overall, we would definitely recommend the Palm Bay Club and this unit.

Wonder Time #174

The only minor issue is kitchen utensils, namely spoons and butter knives were very short. Only 4 each. Need a few more. Hopefully more will now be added. Staff was great as we have a very minor issue with one of the toilet and was promptly fixed. Can't wait to come back.

Our unit 174 was a perfect location in my opinion. Right next to the tennis courts and pool. Pretty much smack dab in the middle of the condo complex. The Fog Hop was one of many free rides up and down Midnight Pass so no worries about driving anywhere. I can’t say enough about the incredible beach and how well maintained and just gorgeous. Chairs or loungers were brought down and set anywhere you chose. It was by far the most beautiful beach I’ve been to.... The sand was like soft white powder. Really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club. Unforgettable.
