Home also has a private pool, 5 bikes, cornhole, Sonos Sound system, Fire Pit & just steps to the beach. This stunning retreat truly checks every box for the perfect luxury getaway!

Exquisite details and high-end designer furnishings are just the beginning in this stunning retreat built for fun and relaxation. An expansive entertainment area, chef’s kitchen and dining room all overlooking the beautiful limestone marble patio and private pool.  Also located on the main floor is the expansive main floor master suite with a king bed and it's own private living area. Includes private access to the outdoor lanai and a exquisite master bath with huge walk in shower that has multiple shower heads and a beautiful soaker tub.

As you travel to the upper floor you will find two more master suites, both equally unique and beautiful.  Both rooms have king beds and private luxurious bathrooms.  One bedroom offers it's own sitting area with loveseat, while the other bedroom offers private access to the balcony overlooking pool area.  The fourth bedroom is full of charm and delight with it's two double beds, private access to the shared bathroom and it's own private access to the balcony over looking the pool area.  The fifth bedroom, also known as the Bunk Room includes two double beds with two twin beds above.

Although you'll have everything you need with the outdoor entertainment area, lanai, pool, fire pit, sonos sound system, board games and yard games.  You will want to be sure to venture out. Ride the bikes up to 'The Big Chill' you'll find plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment nearby.  Visit, Seaside, Alys, Rosemary or Seacrest for shopping and sight seeing-then finish with some dinner at Fish Out of Water (FOOW), Cafe Thirty-A, Ambrosia, Amici's, Amigo's or the Perfect Pig!

2) VERY IMPORTANT - WE DO NOT ACCEPT WIRE TRANSFERS. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX only.
3) This property has 5 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
5) The fireplace on the screened in porch is not for guest use currently.
