New Haven is all about the walkability score and Palladium scores an impressive 97 with an easy walk to Yale University, Yale-New Haven Hospital and Wooster Square as well as the onsite amenities such as G Cafe Bakery and Tikkaway Grill.
The space
New, private, studio featuring high ceilings, oversized windows, hardwood floors and rooftop city views. Kitchens feature modern stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertop and small pantry closet.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and creamers. Also provided are cutlery, plates, mugs, mixing bowls, pots, pans, water & wine glasses along with other cooking essentials.
Please note, the apartments are equipped with a 20-gallon hot water tank. Time between showers may be needed to allow the tank to reheat.
Parking is available next-door at the State Street parking garage. Daily rates range from $10-$15 per day. Long-term parking passes are available for $159 a month. Long-term parking passes must be requested and paid for prior to your arrival, LAZ parking handles the parking passes. Contact us for more information.
Getting Around:
Public Transportation
The Palladium Building is a block away from the State St train station, where you can take the train to NY or Boston by arriving at Union Station (one station away) and take the Metro North or Amtrak trains. There is also Zip car available at 360 State St, which is the building next door to Palladium.
Interaction with Guests:
We have a reservation team available by phone 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. We are also onsite in the office located on the 4th floor, M-F from 9am-5pm (holidays excluded).
