Kona Pacific C-618 is a newly remodeled TOP floor condo with breathtaking ocean views.
Gorgeous Kitchen, fully redone from top to bottom.
This condo has a wonderful lanai allowing access from the Living room, the Bedroom has it's own private lanai access as well!
The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both the bedroom & Living Room!
Air Conditioning Available in the Living room & Bedroom
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a large pullout sofa in the Living Room, King Sized Bed in the Bedroom & A NEW twin sized sleeper that acts as a couch in the primary bedroom. Memory Foam Topper for this twin sized one! Essentially 3 different sleeping configurations! Incredible for a 1 bedroom!
A perfect vacation destination.
Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

Beautiful property with an ocean view from the patio. Clean with fully stocked kit if you want to make food here rather than eat out for every meal. Very quiet. Nice to have assigned parking.

Enjoyed 5 days here. The property had everything you could wish for, even beach chairs and snorkeling gear. Location was great, a short walk to the town. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The property manager was very responsive.We have stayed in Kona Pacific condos over the past 12 years. We have watched the trees grow and they block views for the owners. It would be nice if the HOA did something to get the views back.

Regarding the trees and views, the landscaping decisions for the property are managed by the Kona Pacific HOA, and unfortunately individual units or property managers don’t have control over trimming or removal decisions. That said, we certainly understand the sentiment and know many guests enjoy the ocean views the property offers.

Excellent condo in Kailua kona
This property was just as advertised! Excellent location, close to everything, clean and quiet.
The hosts were super nice to work with and we ended up extending our trip a few days.
I would highly recommend this condo and we will definitely be staying there in our future travels to Kona.

The place is very clean and nicely decorated. While not beachside, we still got a beautiful view of the ocean and the foliage on the property. We enjoyed the large lanai while having breakfast in the morning. Air conditioning is a must in Kona especially this time of year and was so glad to have it here. The kitchen is small but efficient and has everything you need. It has all the beach things you will need as well.

I really enjoyed parking spot by elevator, pool nice & gas grill used daily! Loved location short walk to Kona! Good sized place w birds & flowers everywhere! Peaceful sounds of birds & coqui frogs!
