Hi David, it is wonderful to hear that the house provided ample space and enjoyable amenities for both families. Thank you for your feedback, and we're so glad you chose to stay with us during Summit Week. We appreciate your suggestions and understand how having additional supplies would have made your stay more convenient. As our home is self-catering, we provide a starter set of essentials to help guests settle in, but we understand that for longer stays or larger groups, more may be needed. Your input is helpful, and we’ll certainly consider how we can improve the experience moving forward. Thank you for your feedback! We're so glad to hear you enjoyed the house, the spacious layout, and the amenities. We appreciate you pointing out the areas for improvement, and we want to assure you that we've already addressed the issues with the mattresses, pillows, carpet, and pool, as we always strive to maintain a high standard for our guests. We're happy to know the home still felt clean and comfortable overall, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

We're thrilled to hear that you found our home very spacious and comfortable, Valeri. The carpets are always professionally cleaned before each check-in. The resort gate is managed by the resort HOA, and we've forwarded your concerns to them for improvements. Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear that you had an enjoyable stay and that the house met your needs. Regarding the mattresses, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. The mattresses are on the softer side, which can sometimes give the impression of sinking more when you sit on them. We had maintenance check them, and they confirmed they were in good condition. We understand that preferences for mattress firmness can vary, and we’ll definitely consider your comments when planning future updates. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts, and we’d love to host you again in the future!
