Hi there, We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found it well kept. We understand your frustration regarding the community’s parking and gate access. Unfortunately, these policies are set by the resort’s HOA and are beyond our control, but your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with them for future consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again under smoother circumstances.
