Villa Matajagui is a modern 2-bedroom villa located in Flamands within a 2-minute walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 2-level villa, with elegant and contemporary décor, offers a splendid view of the bay and nearby island. On the first level are 2 equal-size bedrooms with contemporary décor and dark wood furniture. Each bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and opens onto the terrace with view. The second floor living area opens onto a large deck with a covered dining area, and a panoramic view of the ocean. The kitchen, which is located at the rear of the second level, is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The terrace is the perfect spot to sunbathe while admiring the view. A dip in the infinity edge pool is a refreshing way to start the day. This comfortable villa, located close to the road, also has WiFi, a sound system inside and out, gas grill, and French satellite TV. Please know that this house is located directly above the road at a crossing and therefore there is road noise. Villa Matajagui comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
