Buena Vista

I stayed in the 3rd floor studio with sole access to the 4th floor patio. It is very evident that ‘Shar’ and Dan put a lot of thought and love into their property. I was in the construction/building materials business and could see that they did not cut corners on creating SharDan’s Villa de Amor. It’s very quiet, the views are spectacular and the 4th floor patio is ‘your own world’. (The larger first floor rental beautiful as well)

First off,owner has no communication skills, extremely dry and off-putting. Upon arrival we noticed sheets were stained and place looked as if it wasn't cleaned for a long time. Other people's tooth brush and soaps still in the shower. Hundreds of ants everywhere and we did not feel comfortable whatsoever.I've been to San Carlos hundreds of times and never once experienced such a horrible place such as this.The view was good but there's lots of places to rent for the view, the reason I booked this place was because it had a private Jacuzzi on the rooftop, first night my wife and I went up to hang out in it and chill and took off the top to see scum and dirt all in it, it looked like life was forming of some sort. It was absolutely disgusting.it's a shame because this place could easily be a decent place to stay in a couple hours of work if they would just care about the people renting their place and make sure it's taken care of for them.Way too overpriced for a dusty stained bug ridden box with a partial view. We made the best of it and had another great time in San Carlos outside of the place and away from what I paid to be at to do so unfortunately. I strongly urge others to not book and I urge the owner Bradley or Ethan or whatever he calls himself depending on what app you see the property and what picture he chooses to use to clean the place and get reliable help because it's clear they don't make sure anything is taken care of but the key being in the door upon arrival
