Emerald Island 4Bd/3Ba Villa, 3 miles to Disney, Pool, Theme Rooms, Game Room

Dear Guests: I am disappointed to see this review. Regard pool heat: 1) it need to be arranged ahead of time; 2) cold pool we require a 5 day minimum to do the heat, for guests to fully benefit from the heating; 3) a common practice during summer and really cold winter days, we generally talk guests out of pool heat. Summer heating can turn the water bad, that next a few groups would get bad experience, costly to bring back to normal. Winter when air is too cold, heating is not effective. The communication during this stay, was centered along the above key points, they should be understood in their full context. And I hope these points also help future guests taken into consideration when come to pool heat.
