With the primary bedroom is on the top floor, complete with an adjoining full bath. The bottom floor boasts a versatile space featuring a 55" smart TV, couch with chaise lounge that converts to a sofa bed, a cozy free standing gas fireplace, and a small desk to work on your laptop. Originally from Pittsburgh, we have been in the Baltimore / Howard County area for years raising two wonderful children. We bought this place in 2020 and worked hard to save it from ruin as it was just an empty shell. We restored the cottage in a historically sensitive way allowing for modern conveniences.

For those seeking a thrill, the town's haunted history adds an eerie allure, complemented by spirited pub crawls.

Nature enthusiasts find solace in the surrounding valley, offering exhilarating mountain biking trails and the serene Trolley Trail #9 for the less adventuresome. As you venture further, the sprawling Patapsco River unveils 32 miles of exploration for avid mountain bikers and curious explorers alike, with every house booking contributing 5% to the preservation efforts of Friends of Patapsco State Park.
