We had an amazing view of the ocean. Everything was spotless in the condo and the master bedroom king size bed was incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

The condo was clean and well equipped with a great view. Also enjoyed the access to the pier. Loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

The unit is clean and the view is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in such a peaceful place as much as anything. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but the kitchen had everything you would need. Pool is lovely and the pier is so convenient. We certainly enjoyed our visit.

Turtles and rabbits were fun to watch. This one lived in the brush but must have gone for a swim this morning.

Great condo

Our first time staying at this condo and it was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, easy check in, prompt replies from property management, well stocked kitchen, fabulous ocean views, overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

The unit was in a great location right on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, and other activities. It had a nice view of the sand dunes and water and was spacious for our family of three. The complex was quiet and the beach and pool were very nice. The unit was definitely dated and could use some TLC (one dining room chair was broken, the couches are worn, the vanity in the master bathroom had lots of chipped paint) as well as a deep clean (there was trash underneath the couches and recliner and the floor was pretty sandy upon arrival). But the beds, linens, kitchen, etc were very clean and decently stocked, so that was good and having a washer and dryer was great. We would consider staying again in the future.

Amelia Island Getaway

The weather was stormy, probably every single day. BUT, we are three friends needing to have break from our crazy lives; and, this was a perfect place to land for the week. Perfect view of the turbulent ocean and white/grey sandy beach. Late night shows on Hulu … made it through 2 and 1/2 seasons of Only Murders in the Building,, every afternoon shopping in Old Town Fernandina Beach and choosing one of the great restaurants for our early dinner. But note!, great restaurant just across the road from the condo, The Surf Restaurant and Grill was great! #PhillyCheeseSandwich #MauiBlackenedTacos #OnionRings #CoconutShrimp Back to the condo; very clean linens … beach towels and bathroom linens professionally laundered. King and queen beds WERE SO COMFORTABLE. If ever back to Amelia Island, we will want to stay here again!

The property management team was very responsive and addressed issues to the best of their ability. The property is in dire need of updating and did not reflect the rating ot received. A designation of “premier host” gives the impression the property is exceptional, not just that the company hired to manage ot provides great service. The manager was apologetic and explained the ownerContinues not to make needed updates even when they bring concern up repeatedly. Ripped box springs, holes in the wall, a sliding glass door that will not lock, stained ceilings, stained pillows, etc, etc. The condition of this property seriously negatively impacted the enjoyment of our trip.
