Excellent rental! Beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything that was needed. Perfect location to enjoy the area. Accessibility to the beach was great and the pool was always sparking clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Great condo and view. Large patio and rooms. Very stocked unit. One of the best we stayed at. Pool nice too. Great location near everything. Host was fantastic. Ocean front top floor!

This was our second time staying here. The customer service was exceptional and the home had everything we could possibly need. The view is breathtaking and the sunrises are unforgettable. We hope to return back here in the future. Wonderful experience yet again!

This property was amazing! The view is gorgeous. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The managing company was very responsive to our needs. We had a Keurig mishap the first day where the Keurig lid would not stay shut. We held it closed with our hand, and the coffee came out fine. Before we got back to the room from being out riding our bikes, there was a new Keurig in the box sitting on the counter. The showers and bathrooms had been recently remodeled, and they were spotless. This next issue is a "my preference", (and nothing is wrong), but it might help others in the future. I am a stomach sleeper, so I use skinny feather pillows when I sleep. I did take my own, so I was OK, but the pillows supplied are very heavy and fluffy, so they didn't work for me because of how I sleep. We didn't know this beforehand, but this condo has a healthy supply of beach towels, a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kiddos. This was a great help, although we had taken our own, but next time, we will know that they are already there. The washer and dryer also looked new, and they worked well.Thank you for the great stay. We hope to travel back there in the future. We are thinking that we would like to possibly live near Amelia Island when we move to our retirement place.

Wonderful property! Very clean, great location and layout, and communication was very clear and prompt. It’s hard to find a place for a family of 5 but this was perfect for us!

Lovely family getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this property, it was clean comfortable and well equipped with lovely sea views. It was also quiet even though the condo was busy. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and watching dolphins in the evening from the fishing pier.

Excellent stay

Everything went very well, great location, building is undergoing some renovation, but did not bother us at all. Vin has lots of utensils, very well stocked, except for perhaps shampoo, would be nice to have that period otherwise everything is in tiptop shape.
