While this lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located at the back of a beachfront building and doesn’t offer direct ocean views, you’re just steps away from the shore. Guest has access to entire condo, patio, and 1 parking spot in the rear of the building right next to the entrance to the unit.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.

Leave the beach at the beach, please :) There's an outdoor shower in the back corner of the patio to wash the sand off before entering the home or hot tub.

San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
