The apartment is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everything. It is a pleasant, spacious, and well-lit apartment, perfectly suitable for families and vacations. The space
The building where the apartment is located is new (less than 10 years old) and offers a pleasant and clean entrance with a luxurious lobby and a new elevator.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and features 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a dresser and a basic clothes rack for your convenience.

The bathroom includes a pampering bathtub, and the toilet is in the same space where you can also find the washing machine and dryer.

The living room and the dining area share the same space, which is very well-lit thanks to the tall windows serving as an exit to the balcony. With high ceilings and tall windows, the space feels very spacious and even more illuminated.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a gas stove and an oven so that you can cook whatever you like to eat.

The balcony is very spacious and faces the bustling Tschernichowsky Street, but at the same time, you can also enjoy your tranquility since all the windows are double-glazed, completely blocking the street noise.

Parking is a robotic parking lot that requires a patient process of several minutes (depending on the load of guests entering the parking lot at the same time).
