Great experience

Had a great time, there is a local bar and restaurant right on the property and super easy walk to the pool and beach. Place was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again for sure

Quick Getaway

We had a great time. We had a small issue with the code to get in but the owner was quick to message back. Other than that we had no complaints.

Great location. Communication was excellent, right down to awesome suggestions for places in eat in the area. Would definitely stay here again ! Kim who checks folks in at the pool was the icing on the cake - so fun, bubbly and made you feel welcome.

Great Stay!

We decided super last minute to make a trip to Hilton Head for Spring Break and we’re delighted to find this property! The location within HHBT is fantastic and the amenities within the complex can’t be beat. The villa was clean, well stocked, and exactly as pictured online. Deb was a great host and we would be excited to stay here again.

You deserve much more for the money you pay for this condo!

We are really disappointed with the condo: dirty sheets, mildew on the shower curtain, missed advertised (would not sleep six people, the sleeper sofa wasn't in a sleeping condition), and lack of respond from the owner when the problem arrived. The bunk bed sheets were dirty so we have decided to put our kids to sleep on a sleeper sofa. After we have pulled the sleeper sofa out, we have noticed it was in a really, really bad condition. It was missing springs and it was sagging in a few places. My boys are only 6 and 9 years old but this sleeper sofa wouldn’t hold an adult sleeping on it. Also, the sheets were dirty too and pillows were disgusting! We went to Walmart to buy new sheets, pillows and comforter. In the morning my kids woke up with red spots (bites?) on their bodies. We have moved out from the condo after that night. I’ve sent a text and email to the owner about the problem but didn't get text back from her for two days. Her excuses were that she was out of the country and then she got the covid. It took me10 days to have her to call me so I could explain the problem. We have agreed to a partial refund but it has been over 2 months now since I’ve talk to her and I still have not receive the promised refund. For all that money she charge you should not get a dirty condo! For a little extra you can stay right on the beach in a Marriott in a clean room with crisp white sheets and most of all excellent customer service! That's where we end up staying the rest of our vacations.

Perfect location

Perfect location! Easy beach access (even with a 2 year old and a baby!) with a great view of the water from the balcony. Bunk beds are well suited for a small child. Kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook most of our meals. We had a wonderful stay at this condo!

Great stay

Beach and Tennis is my goto place on Hilton Head, whether it's to get away by myself for a bit, or with family. The grounds, pool, beach bar all make it a great stay. The condo was exactly as represented, no hassles or surprises, with very easy checkin, etc. Highly recommend with no complaints!!

Beach memories

My daughter and I created wonderful memories:) It was refreshing to have the owners communicate me, via mobile & texts, in advance and during our stay. They emailed me their favorite restaurants, places to visit/sight see, and on tips of what to bring. I am already planning a time to come back.

Very close to beach and good mid-island location

Close to anywhere on HHI you need to go. Beach and Tennis also has a restaurant onsite with good bar food.

Great location, condo & property owner!

Clean, which is always important. I’ve stayed at this complex many times and have experienced many different experiences with these condos. One of the bests. Add to that the level of communication with the property owner & all great. Thank you! FYI future renters - If you want a spot at the pool, people were lined up as early as 8:30 am to grab their spots. Pool opens at 9:00 am. It is a beautiful pool but it is busy.

Wonderful location

Loved this location and the price was very good.We did not need a two bedroom since it was my husband and me, this was perfect for us There are 2 bunk beds in the hall if you needed.If your looking for a great location,great price and the owner was wonderful We plan on staying here again.

Beach Access

This location worked out great for my 2.5 year old, my Wife and I. It is very close to the beach, maybe a 3 minute walk pulling a wagon and a small child. You pass a pool, bar, food area that is just off the sand which is great when you want to take a break to get some food or spend some time away from the salt water. The check in was quick and easy and the unit was clean. I messaged the owner several questions and they always responded in a timely manner and provided information on some of the local places to eat. The bed could use an upgrade but we slept fine. The unit is not very big but it was more than enough for the 2-1/2 of us. I can not speak to the bunk beds because we used them to place our clothes on but they look to be more than capable of housing small kids. The area is mostly quiet after the sun goes down and there is a pizza place and a bar that serves food within 2-3 minutes walking distance. Beach access is great but be sure to take a wagon if you have kids as its close but you still dont want to carry stuff. Also take an extra 140 for the beach chairs and umbrellas as its worth it. We paid the lifeguards 140 for the week and they had chairs and an umbrella set up with our name on it in the same spot each morning before we made it down to the beach. Not cheap but definitely worth it to have it done and you dont have to pack anything extra each day. We would absolutely stay here again and will likely do so.

Best Beach Area

For us, the location is great and convenient to to all we need and beach area is great. We enjoyed the bar/restaurant at the beach. The owner was very responsive to our needs.

Toilet dirty ( s it ) on toilet seat n rim, shower head mold r mildew, dirty pan in oven (someone cooked pizza ) found a pair glasses in bathroom by toilet, screen off sliding door, smelled musty inside property Not sure who cleans after guest leave but I would look for someone else We would not stay at this property C247 again

Perfect location on the island for any length of vacation

This property is located in the perfect place on HHI-so many things are a short drive away. It is in a great location in the complex-a minute walk from the beach. This units balcony has a great view-perfect for morning coffee. It has full size appliances which allows flexibility for those choosing to fix meals.
