Living area has a grey comfy L shaped couch combined with pillows where you can sit back as you watch on your favourite shows on the big flat-screen TV resting on a TV unit. The simplicity of the apartment allows you to fully relax during your stay.

The dining table sits four and is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. Easily serve and enjoy your favorite meal whether it's home-cooked or take-out. Kitchen is fully-equipped with necessary appliances if you'd like to practice your cooking skills.

Walk your way to the bedroom and a king sized bed will welcome you that comes with a top-quality mattress fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows to ensure a comfortable sleep. This elegant and spacious area is furnished with wooden side tables, modern table lamps and art to complete the ambiance. Built-in wardrobe, a couch and dresser is also available.

Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

Parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent in this place to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a tram, train, or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal. Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. Baby cots and Baby high chairs are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of the land' and the neighbors.
