Both homes are furnished with all the comforts one would need independently to make your family getaway an unforgettable one, the 2 homes are large enough to give everyone any amount of privacy that is needed but laid out to allow for maximum group fun!

There`s no need to look too far if you’re hungry, because this home has large chef`s kitchen. 2 homes with 5 gorgeous bedrooms each, 3 extravagant bathrooms, game room, spacious living room, full sized tennis court, half court basketball court, balcony, and much more, there is something for everyone! 15 minutes away from Ft Lauderdale Airport, allows you and your family to jump practically from the plane to the pool. We know you will enjoy your stay.

A total of 10 Bedrooms, 7 Bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, a heated pool, a game room and movie theater with 86` tv make it so that you only need to leave the property for food, and with plentiful Uber eats and Instacart options, even that is not necessary.

Parking is plentiful with space for up to 7 cars but being only 10 minutes from the airport, you could choose to not drive at all!

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

★ POOL & BACKYARD USAGE ★
Outdoor pool slide and play equipment are used at the guest`s risk! Children must always be supervised.

★ MAINTENANCE SERVICES★
Please note that we have weekly pool maintenance, landscaping, and general maintenance workers who may need access to the home/pool area. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services. There is no daily cleaning service.

★ QUIET HOURS ★
We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 pm-8 am (city ordinance). During this period, no music should be played outside, and voices/sounds should be kept low to ensure neighbors are not disturbed

Disclosure: For your safety, we have surveillance cameras in the front and back of the house that will be on during your stay. We also use noise monitoring devices to measure the decibel level, but these devices do not record any audio.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

*Upon confirmation, we will request a signed credit card authorization form along with pictures of the credit card holder`s ID for verification purposes.*

The payment of an additional $1500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival.

Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

There is a small fee to have the pool heated.

If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit.

The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms.
