The entire property is reserved exclusively for your group, including both homes, the private heated pool, backyard, garage game room, mini golf, fire table, BBQ and outdoor living areas. Nothing is shared with other guests.

Guests will enjoy convenient self check-in with a private access code provided before arrival.

Our house offers convenient access to local transit and close proximity to so many amenities. You'll find free parking on the driveway. The stunning Lauderdale-By-The-Sea beach is only a 12-minute drive, offering beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Explore the local area with ease.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a very strict NO PARTY policy.



No parking on the road, as it will get ticketed and towed. Please ONLY park on the driveway. Please do not block the trash bins.
