Seascape Villas 3242 - Beautifully Remodeled 2BR/2BA Condo!

LOCATION-LOCATION-LOCATION! This spacious 1200 sq ft condo was completely remodeled in 2023 and has the capacity to sleep up to 6! You can be one of the first to enjoy all of the upgrades including a new kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, paint & flooring. This Seascape Villa is across the street (5 minute walk) from the beach via private access path. Seascape also provides its guests with a private beach cabana with restrooms and a changing area. This South Forest Beach condo is also an easy walk (1 mile) away from Coligny Plaza, Hilton Head's hottest entertainment area. Coligny Plaza has over 50 shops & restaurants including some with live music. Got kids? Visit the new Lowcountry Celebration Park across the street from Coligny. This 10 acre park is free & includes a playground, lagoon, climbing stations, 2 fitness stations, wading pool & splash area, green space for picnics and a children's "Sandbox Museum" offering learning & interactive fun even on a rainy day.
The Seascape Villa complex includes two on-site pools. The grounds are naturally landscaped with lots of trees & bushes and also features shaded walking paths for easy strolling. Enjoy your walk over several bridges as well as a lagoon that runs throughout the complex. Cascading water at several ponds attract birds and other wildlife which adds to the private outdoor setting.
First Floor - Brand new fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave and coffee maker. Breakfast Island bar, dining table, large screen cable TV and secure internet. Serene outside setting with courtyard view.
Second Floor - King bed in the primary bedroom. BR 2 has a Double plus a bunk bed with 2 twins. There are 2 full baths each featuring a newly remodeled walk in shower

Summer Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seascape 3242 is a beautiful condo with everything updated just as pictures show. The location is great, short walk to the beach. There is a problem with the AC unit which did cause issues during our stay. Seashore Vacations did send someone to repair the air but even when air is working at its best it is very warm upstairs. My children had trouble sleeping because it was so hot. By the time we left the unit seemed to be having issues not cooling again. I would recommend this condo if they can correct the issues with ac unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Let me first say how much I love Seashore Vacations, their staff go above and beyond to make sure you’re happy. As for this unit, I really don’t think that it was ready to rent. The a/c wasn’t working properly and there’s only one wall socket that worked in the kitchen. We found out the fridge wasn’t on a working outlet AFTER we went to the grocery and put our things in it. It was also very hot upstairs where the bedrooms are. Seashore staff had someone there asap to help with these situations. I will continue to use them just not for this unit.

So Happy with our experience

The grounds were well kept and pretty as well.

Nicely renovated rental, good location near Coligny Beach

Good location near Coligny Beach and Plaza (about a 20 minute walk and 5 minute bike ride). The rental itself was very nicely and fully updated. Some spaces like the kitchen and the ensuite bathroom on the 2nd level were tight spaces, but it did not take away from the experience. Comfortable beds in bedrooms. Buddy and team at Seashore Vacations were timely and helpful in their responses including helping us to get a tee time and setting us up with bike rentals. We would rent this property again.

Early Spring Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation for us. We have been to Hilton Head Island probably ten times, and this was the first time we were there in February. It was a fabulous time to be there. And our accommodation was very good. The place was well appointed. The place was very clean and well looked after. We had one mystery - how to turn on the hot water in the kitchen and when we phoned about it, solved in 30 seconds. It is so nice to have someone to talk to if you need them. We are here because of the tennis which is my husband's love, and I very much enjoy the cycling, birdwatching kayaking and just being on the beach.
