A private getaway with a small rolling spring through the large front yard and a large stream running across the back yard with an overlooking deck. Ample yet cozy indoor and outdoor spaces provide a perfect venue for any occasion whether it be with friends and family or a quiet retreat for two! 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a fold out mattress (stored in master closet) to accommodate more if needed!

Hosted a small family Thanksgiving. Delaware and Ohio family meeting in the middle. Very beautiful, comfortable home. Nicely decorated and very nice bedrooms/bathrooms. Perfect comfortable beds and also a nice big couch for Holiday movie watching with a cozy fire in the fireplace. Dog friendly with plenty of outside “sniffing” space. Loved the views! Enjoyed making s’mores by the fire pit! Nice big table for games and all the family sitting at the table for dinner. Kitchen is very accommodating for family meals. Had a perfect stay! Will absolutely come back!

Cute and clean. Close proximity to the lake and river. Would like to have seen central air. The one unit in the window struggled to keep the entire house cool.

Family fun

We enjoyed a fun holiday weekend at the property and the surrounding area with biking, hiking and rafting. A great location and comfortable stay with the family. We also loved the outdoor firepit and cornhole.

Cozy cabin

The cabin is cozy. It has three rooms and two bathrooms. My kids liked using the big tub. The back deck overlooks the stream far below and you can hear it while eating out there, but you wouldn’t be able to get down to the stream easily. The only disadvantage is it’s a little tough to see the traffic coming over the hill when leaving the driveway and all the cars fly over the hill and down the road. If you are in the front yard you will hear the traffic of the road.

Great location!

This house was great. Nice, wooded lot, great deck overlooking the rhododendron and stream below. There are so many things to do close to the house: Laurel Caverns, Ohiopyle state park, Falling Waters to name a few. Thanks!

Great property

The home and location was as described in the Vrbo listing.. The view off the back deck was great. The home was clean and had everything that was needed for the stay. We had trouble getting signals on our cell phones but the Wi-Fi at the home worked perfectly and allowed us to connect our phones and other devices. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation rental.

Such a relaxing place. The 6 of us were very pleased! Didn’t need or want for anything here. Fully stocked. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to visit together! Next time we get the chance we will definitely look here first !!

Family gathering

Had a great time with our family at this property. Beautiful Creeks to play and admire around the house. Kids had a great time playing games and enjoying campfires. House is well stocked and in a gorgeous location. Thanks so much for making our memorial Day weekend filled with break memories with our family.

Nice stay!

Overall the property was comfy, clean and well equipped. Location was lovely and quiet ( except for an occasional motorcycle on the road) One suggestion- could use a comfortable chair, recliner or similar, in the living room!

Had a wonderful stay!

The place was perfect for a weekend away, close to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. It was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio with the stream behind the house, very relaxing.

Girls retreat!!

My mother, daughter and I recently met a couple girlfriend for the weekend to relax and unwind at this adorable property! Upon arrival everything was even better than expected. Communication with Michael was quick and easy, he really made us feel welcome! It was peaceful and perfect for what we needed. Would absolutely return and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable quiet stay!

Beautiful stay near Ohiopyle State Park

Beautiful property near Ohiopyle state park! Warm, comfortable, well stocked house that was perfect for our family! We had a wonderful one night stay! We especially loved the back covered deck overlooking the beautiful stream and woods and the kitchen that has everything we needed for cooking meals together! Hope to be back soon!

Relaxation at its best!

We have been renting beach houses for years, yet have not encountered a property as inviting and well-stocked. Property was as described and provided the tranquility and peace we were looking for to escape reality for a while. All in our party emphatically stated we would excitedly visit again. Michael was quick with responses to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!
