There is another deck which faces west that has a Weber natural gas grill for cooking. From this deck there is a spiral stair case that leads to a lighted roof top deck for sun tanning, star gazing and watching the most amazing sunsets.

The lower level of the home has four bedrooms, 2 full baths and a full size laundry room. The master bedroom has a Sterns & Foster King size firm bed with a Pottery Barn Sea Grass Headboard. This room has a walk in closet, flat screen TV and opens up to an oceanfront deck that is a nice area to relax during the day since it is covered. This is strictly a "Smoke Free and Pet Free" home; no exceptions. We do NOT rent to high school students or college students. You are required to bring your own towels and sheets (we can send you information on a linen rentals).
