The Space:

Welcome to our ground-floor condo, offering easy access with no stairs and comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The Primary Bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite 5-piece bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. The second bedroom provides a queen-size bed with convenient access to its own full bathroom. The living room offers a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large-screen TV for entertainment, and comfortable seating for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the open-concept design seamlessly connects the dining area and living space, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventures.

You can also dine at Napua Restaurant at the Beach Club, open daily for lunch and dinner. Private parking is available at the Beach Club, a short drive from the unit. Additionally, you can take advantage of the Golf Villas Pool & Hot Tub, offering beautiful views. A Fitness Room is exclusively available for guests. This single-level condominium features a private entrance and offers step-free access. It also includes free parking on the premises.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located near the Mauna Lani Resort, offering easy access to two championship golf courses and a short course with a total of 45 holes for golf enthusiasts. Dining and shopping are conveniently available at The Shops at Mauna Lani, which features restaurants like Tommy Bahama Restaurant, Mauna Lani Coffee Co., and a juice bar. For groceries, you can visit Foodland. You'll also find specialty stores like Jams World, Beaches Resort Wear, and Tommy Bahama store for your shopping needs. The neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy golf, dining, and shopping, all within a short distance from your stay.

Mauna Lani Beach Club & Golf Villas

As a guest of Golf Villas, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club offers fantastic snorkeling, complimentary chaise lounges, restrooms, and showers, along with convenient, private guest parking. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are also available to rent on-site.



The Beach Club is also home to Napua Restaurant, which serves lunch daily and offers a gorgeous oceanfront setting. Napua closes at 4:00 p.m. and then reopens as an upscale, white-tablecloth restaurant for dinner. Napua is open to the public for dinner (not just Beach Club guests), and reservations are highly recommended.



Golf Villas is a small, luxury gated community in the heart of Mauna Lani, offering a peaceful, tropical setting for your stay.



Beach towels are provided for your convenience.

In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, a cooler, and sand toys for your use.

This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.



We understand that things don’t always go as planned — and we want to make sure you're covered just

in case.

To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options:

● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from

unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our

guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.

● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage

during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card

provider.

Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered. If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.
