Upon arrival, you will be greeted by spectacular views of Granby Ranch Ski Mountain! This gorgeous getaway is ideal for skiers, hikers, bikers, fisherman or those simply looking for some R and R time. Enjoy hitting the slopes after gearing up with a breakfast cooked in your own kitchen.

In summer months enjoy River-Ridge Trail or tee off at Granby Ranch Golf Course. Embark on an unforgettable mountain adventure when you and your family or group of friend's books this ideally located Granby Getaway!

Featuring four bedrooms, three baths, a sleeping loft, private patio and full kitchen. The group-friendly getaway is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, thanks to its prime location just steps from Granby Ranch Ski Resort and a short drive from Lake Granby. Spend days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park nearby, then return home to warm up by the gas fireplace. If adventure is your game, this home is calling your name!

Large groups of outdoor adventures will be beckoned to this spacious home base, where you can enjoy access to phenomenal Rocky Mountain skiing, fishing, golfing, and hiking right out your back door!

Upon booking, we will request that you sign our rental agreement and provide a copy of your government-issued ID.

This agreement outlines the house rules and safety guidelines for the property. Providing the signed agreement and ID is required to honor the reservation. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking.

Pets are welcome - additional fees may apply depending on the pet and the size. Usually it is $25 per night per pet

Have always loved this location. Kids enjoyed the ski in /out. Loved the ski storage off the porch. Very comfortable, kitchen had the most cooking utensils etc of any VRBO I have been to, however there was no pancake flipper.

This place was great, we loved Granby. Great place for kids and families. The house was very nice well equipped kitchen. There were a few minor issues such as the water filter and ice maker, issues with the tv and WiFi being spotty. Other than that we highly recommend this place.

Ski trip spring break

Very nice place, perfect for us. The property owners were great and even checked in with us, called to accommodate us if needed when the big winter storm hit.

Ski Holiday

This home was great for two families. Lots of room for everyone. Walking distance to ski down to the Kicking Horse Ski Lift which we loved. The upstairs loft was very hot at night other than that we had a great stay. Great location for skiers.

MLK weekend

Great location, ski-in ski-out! Plenty of room and beds for the 7 of us. The kitchen is the best equipped of all my Vrbos. Easy and quick communication with the host. Most importantly, the house was warm when we arrived!

Beautiful house!!!

This house felt so much like a home! Very welcoming and the host was great with quick responses and making sure all our needs were met. The only downside is it’s not located on lake Granby. But it’s located in such an amazing beautiful little ski area!

Relaxing and Convenient

Our family really enjoyed the convenience of the house to the ski slope. It was also very comfortable and clean. The manager was very responsive when we had a question about parking the first night. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Ski long weekend

We were guests, everything was easy coming in and leaving. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed the space and it was minutes from the ski resort. Our grands had daily lessons and driving was the best for us but you could ski in/out. It snowed almost the entire visit and the roads were well taken care of in the neighborhood where the house was located

Amazing Property

Steve was extremely responsive and considerate! He called us the morning of our arrival to check in on us and make sure we had everything we needed, and to give us early access to the property due to an incoming snowstorm. There were puzzles and games that my kids (3&5) adored, and it was nice to have someone else's toys to play with (since those are always more fun than our own toys). The location of the property next to the owners lift is great, and everyone at the ski resort was lovely as always! We will 100% be coming back to stay again!

Well equipped kitchen - small appliances, dishes, silverware were plentiful. Can opener needed as the only one we located didn’t work. Very small outdoor back patio, BBQ worked well. Spaces all as noted in listing, could use more blankets but nothing negative. Re rating of property manager, we received instructions via email and didn’t have any problems so no other communication occurred.

Decent Enough

Some info about our stay:The owners were lovely and very helpful in returning messages and answering calls to help us. Cleanliness was average. Beds were clean and made. There was a load of wet towels in the washer with unknown how long they had been there but we handled that no problem. There was a bag of dog poop on the back patio, sucker sticks on living room floor, dirty socks stuck in furniture. We battled internet problems when first arriving and owner was helpful to help us get that fixed. Which helped our devises but no matter what we tried we could not get the smart TVs hooked back to Internet We were here to ski so that’s ok except after skiing a full day would have been nice for the children of the group to be able to relax and watch a movie. Home did come with a grill but was discovered as we were about to grill we had no propane for the grill. We did run to town and fill the tank and were able to handle that. Location was decent in a nice neighborhood but one photo fooled us to think we were right on the slope as we have been in other rentals. You do have to walk up the street to hit the slopes. Definitely do able though. Parking is good for 2 vehicles if you have more there is not space. Home is nice but being the middle of March there was still Santa Clauses, Christmas decor and such in the home. Also stated there is a boot dryer in ski storage which there was but it was not mounted on the wall like it appeared it had been before so it was unusable.

Everything was great except the wifi. The house was clean and spacious for our family. Minor issues with the tvs connecting to the wifi nade it difficult to watch certain things. Overall is was a good experience.
