Affectionately named The Ranch House, this 3BR/3BA (plus loft) townhome offers a delightful mountain retreat. Located in the Granby Ranch community, you can walk to the lifts in just minutes! Nearby fishing, hiking, and golfing keep the fun going in warmer months.

Return from a fun-filled day of alpine adventures to unwind in your private hot tub or snuggle up by the backyard firepit. Inside, three stories of stylish mountain decor and plush furnishings ensure a wonderfully comfortable stay.

LIVING AREA
Curl up on the comfy sectional and screen new Netflix releases on the 50” TV with Roku plus over 140 cable channels.

KITCHEN & DINING
Create dishes in the modern kitchen, appointed with an array of helpful gadgets. Start your days with coffee at the kitchen bar for three.
When it's time to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH
This townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a loft area.
A king bed with hotel-quality linens promises restful nights in the primary bedroom. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom includes two twin-over-full bunk beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The loft area is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Kick back in the shade on Adirondack chairs on the front porch. After a day of mountain fun, soak in your private hot tub on the back porch. The porch also includes a gas firepit with an abundance of comfy seating options.
Barbecue tasty meals on the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for six on the balcony.
Enjoy access to the nearby Club at Granby Ranch, featuring a hot tub and heated pool (open year-round) for a fee of $10/day per person. Children eight and under are free of charge; access is always subject to availability.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Unassigned parking is available in the open community lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

This condo may seem small from the outside but has tons of room on the inside. Great location close to the slopes. Very clean and fully stocked

Loved the house. Enough room for everyone. (3 full bathrooms-important with teenagers) Private hot tub was a plus. Kitchen well equipped. Clean. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful condo with everything we needed!

We had a fabulous time at the Ranch House! The condo is so well equipped! Blankets are super soft, beds are very comfortable, and there was the perfect amount of space for our party of 9. Kids bunk room and loft area were perfect for the 5 kids!! We loved that there were some condiments in the cabinets - very helpful! Hot tub was a great relaxing spot after a day of skiing. We had great Spring temperatures for our 3 days of skiing and couldn't have asked for more. The owners were very attentive and helpful - we appreciated it all! Mahalo!

perfect for our ski vacation!

This house was perfect for our ski vacation. It is very close to Granby and you can even walk to one of the lifts. The house had everything you would need including things for small children like a high chair and pack and play. The only thing I will say is to make sure you bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because they do not stock that very well. They also had no hand soap in the entire unit so we had to go purchase our own. Very surprising in these Covid times!!

Please know that we stock each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get a typical reservation through a weekend or get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip. Prior to each stay, we stock dish soap, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, a dish brush to wash dishes, a few trash bags, dishwasher detergent, bar soap, and the standard bathroom amenities you might find in a hotel. Luxury with tranquility

We had a wonderful vacation in this property as our base for exploration of Rocky Mountain National Park, white water rafting and exploring the region. It is everything the owners described and more. The beds, linens, furniture, kitchen were all top quality and made it an incredibly comfortable stay. In addition to the great individual spaces that accommodated our party of 10, the kitchen is one the best stocked we've ever experienced in VRBO rentals. There was every conceivable size pot, pan and utensil along with Tupperware. We thoroughly enjoyed the grill and hot tub with outdoor speakers. The kids room was perfect for the 4 preteen and teens that were with us. I especially loved the artwork and decorations. This is a top quality rental that we would definitely rent again.

Summer Stay

We like Granby a lot and this house has of potential. Views are slightly blocked out but you get most of it. They have a nice outdoor patio and hot tub but were swarmed pretty bad with mosquitos. Most everything was fine, though the master shower pooled water pretty quickly and that gets a little unpleasant. In all reality, this house could get a better rating but Vacasa treated us pretty poorly and I would certainly avoid renting a home that lists with this company in the future as there are plenty of other options in this area.

Wish we could have stayed

The property had a the water heater break so we didn’t get to stay there but we’re very satisfied with the management company who found us a great last minute replacement. We did drive by and would rent it on another trip.

Place needs a deep cleaning

I hate to leave a negative review, and almost didn't write this. That said, it only benefits future travelers to know what the experience could be. I have rented homes all over the country and the world, and this was not a pleasant stay due to the lack of cleanliness. While the housekeep staff did a pretty good job of cleaning the surfaces, the carpet is old and filthy. The walls need a fresh coat of paint. The windows are dirty...and not just from dust and dirt from nature. There are other concerns that I had, but don't want to continue to list them out. I communicated with the house manager over text, and got immediate responses, but when push came to shove, the $ they offered back on the rental, in my opinion, was very, very minimal for the discomfort of the stay. Beyond my issues with cleanliness, the house is adorably decorated and well-stocked. I do want to make sure I acknowledge this.

Unbelievable views, outstanding property

Great property, great location. Only complaint, which I told Turnkey upon checkin, two rolls of toilet paper for a three bathroom property,,,,,,seriously??? I know it says in all info only starter paper products, but come on. Also, upon checkout, it says to put dirty towels in washer and start a load, but there is no laundry detergent. Also, clothes washer was really dirty, leftover soap pods in softener dispenser, outside gas grill so dirty would not use at all. Minor things, but all in all stay was great.

Great place with awesome amenities and no toilet paper

The property was an absolute blast to stay in. It seems as though the majority of the properties there are rentals so by Sunday evening we were almost the only people in the area! My one main complaint is that the entire house with all three bathrooms had one half roll of toilet paper and we were left having to use tissues before going to the store. The rental had all sorts of dishes, pots, and pans so we were able to save some money by making breakfast at home.

The property was everything that was advertised. Gorgeous area, great views, wonderful space.Only complaint which is so petty, but valid, is the toilet paper.I had read in all the reviews that there is only starter paper supplies. We had a four bedroom, three bathroom, and only two bathrooms had toilet paper, a single roll each. No mas,,,,I mentioned in my first text review about cleanliness of property, and it went un-replied. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Nice unit, poor customer service

First the good: Clean. Well appointed. Nice appliances , ample kitchen utensils and dinnerware, playroom for small children, almost walking distance to ski base. Note- those who sleep in loft bedroom must use bathroom shared with master bedroom on main floor. My issues: Arrived 1hr early. Door code would not work. Called CS line. Said it was on timer, and wouldn’t change time to let us in despite no one being there. Insufficient supply of basic household items e.g. toilet paper, soap. When I requested extra, was told to buy it myself. WiFi went out in middle of the night. Was fixed, but not until next afternoon. Thought that might be a timer thing also. For me, customer service is essential, this wasn’t.

We're sorry we were unable to accommodate early entry for you. With regards to basic household items, TurnKey stocks each home with what is called a "starter supply" of basic items. It is not designed to be an unlimited supply but, rather, to get folks started so that they can enjoy their arrival days, take inventory, and pick up whatever else is needed to get them through their trip as needed. Nice unit, poor customer service

Property description accurate.Property clean and well maintained.Location convenient to Granby Ranch baseCustomer service less than adequate:Arriver 1 hr early. Door code would not work. Called customer service. Said door on a timer that would not work until 4 PM. Would not let us in despite no-one being there.Meager amount of household supplies. Asked for additional toilet paper and soap. Refused - said we had to buy it ourselves.Because of this attitude, would not rent from Turnkey again This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

We loved it!

We had a great long weekend here! The property was clean, well-decorated and accommodated our large family. The play nook was such a bonus and kept our 2 year old entertained. We really enjoyed being so close to skiing & the hot tub was great for soaking our post-skiing, sore muscles. Thank you for a wonderful stay...we will definitely be back!
