Perfect location, walking directly across the street for private beach access was top tier convenience! The set up was perfect for 3 moms & 3 sons for a baseball tournament. Morgan sports complex was less than 15 min away. Also enjoyed being able to walk to nearby seafood spots! I highly recommend!

Great place to stay! So close to the beach - right across the street. The townhouse was very clean, there were plenty of dishes, etc and the beds were comfortable. Walking distance to a few good restaurants was a plus too! Sandos Beachside Cafe & Bar has great sandwiches and Kenny D's has a great menu too (key lime pie)! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in May and loved it so much we came back. The best part is how close we were to the beach. The unit wasn’t as clean as before and the decor could use some updating but overall a great place with a great view and super easy access to the beach.

Overall, lovely condo. Clean, very convenient location, just steps from the beach. The kitchen had the basics we needed and plenty of towels in each bathroom. The street noise is more than I would have liked, but we were there the last week or so of summer. My only true complaint is that the master suite on the third floor (which is STUNNING and spacious- and has the MOST comfortable bed I’ve ever had in a condo rental!) does not have a door. It’s semi private just due to the layout, but noise and light just travel right on up to the room.

We brought our family of 7 for beach vacay and found it to be perfect for our crew. We could easily walk to the beach, the views were perfect, there was a cute coffee bar in easy walking distance, we biked to pompano joes and had the best meal of the trip, and slept in the most comfortable bed ever! A few perks that will bring us back-the convenience and the views, the host communication and accessibility, the space for our big family, and location location location. We brought three kayaks and three bikes and had plenty of storage in the yard and easy access to get the bikes on the road and the kayaks in the water. We brought an infant and someone was always in the condo with him, but still could enjoy the beach experience. Another plus—a closet stocked with sun and sand necessities! We look forward to coming back!

House was great space for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone and perfect location with a quick walk across the street to the beach. Only real drawback to our vacation was the fact our freezer was not working from the first day and we didn’t get a loaner fridge until Thursday. This made it a little frustrating because we couldn’t have ice for drinks or cooler without going to get fresh everyday. Few other recommendations would be upgrades to the showers and overall decor and to add a water hose to front of area of rental to make it easier to rinse off after being at the beach. There is one on the back patio but then have to walk through grass back to front entrance. Overall still had an amazing time and Realjoy representatives were vey responsive to request other than the fridge. Highly recommend!

Perfect Location

The house was wonderful. The location could not have been better. The layout of the house allowed for everyone to have privacy. Great water pressure and showers. Access to beach is private and not over crowded. Truly a great rental!

Best Location!!

Wow!! We loved everything about this place. Gorgeous view of the gulf and within steps to the beach. Customer service was on point, received a call and text midway thru the vacation to check in to be sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is gorgeous with beautiful homes/rentals all around. I can’t say enough good words about this place. We will definitely be back again.

Review

Location & property was great! The gate to the beach access was a pain!! The dryer took forever to dry anything & always had to start it multiple times. Also, nowhere to wash your feet before entering the house from a day at the beach! Other than that the property was great! I would definitely book again!

Convenient and fun

We enjoyed our stay, but parking was a little bit of a nuisance because the tenants before us took home the parking passes. I’d say in the future it’d be better if the tenants had a picture of what the passes should look like, but each time that I called property management they were helpful and kind so it really wasn’t bad. We would stay here again for sure! Also, it would be nice if the beach access or the house had an outdoor shower or water hose to hose the sand and chairs down but again, not the end of world and not enough to deter us from staying again.

This unit is all about the location and the view - both of which are truly spectacular. Other than that, the condo itself is ok. There are some minor maintenance issues that the owner needs to address (damaged furniture, etc). None of these were a dealbreaker for our group. You should note - there are only 3 beds/bedrooms. There were broken cots and airmattresses that didn't hold air to get you to a 10 person occupancy. Once we informed the property manager, they immediately brought over 2 brand new air mattresses and removed the old ones. I still feel that 10 people is a stretch for this property, however the price was fair and again, the location is exceptional.
