The room was very clean. The instructions were good and the outdoor space was very nice. We had everything we needed. We would have liked a shower upstairs since the bedrooms were all up there except one.

Really nice house! Rooms are spacious and location is great. Sometimes warm at night due to no AC but our temps were very decent while staying so it wasn’t terrible especially with the fans that are there. Would stay here again!

Very clean, stocked kitchen for cooking, great location! I appreciate the easy arrival/departure procsss. Did not miss the AC, more than enough fans and it cooled down at night. My family would love to come back!

The property was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for sleeping. Great location. We enjoyed the fire pit. I wish there were more dining chairs to fit more people to play games. Otherwise a great stay!

Thank you for hosting our ladies trip! We had an absolute blast. This place was absolutely perfect. Very spacious, very clean upon arrival, great setup, cute backyard, perfect location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do in the city of Frankfort. It was also a very close drive to get to our Platte River tube trip. The host was very easy to communicate with for booking, and the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with upon our arrival and during our stay. We would absolutely booking this place again. This a Gem to stay in!

This is a good, quiet condo that was well-appointed. It is slightly out of the main part of town but right beside a state park. We are a senior couple and the stairs were a bit steep but manageable. Eric was a really good host and was easy to contact - he responded quickly to any questions or suggestions. We are avid readers and our major concern was a big lack of lighting in the bedroom - a lamp was available only on one side of the bed and it had low wattage. This seems to be a prevalent problem in many properties, unfortunately. The shower was difficult to turn on, it seems that the shower faucet may have a mineral buildup on it. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Thank you!

While our group had a wonderful time in Frankfort, there’s a couple things to note about this house:- it sleeps 12 people and there are exactly 12 towels and washcloths, 12 plates, 12 forks, etc.- 2 rolls of paper towels and the host took hours to respond when I asked if there was more in the house somewhere (there was not)- there is no AC in this “newly remodeled” houseOverall, the house did what it needed to. However, it was the bare minimum of what one would think is in a rental home (especially at this price).

We had a great time staying at Bayside Cottage! It was so fun to be able to explore downtown Frankfort, as well as walk to the beach and farmers market. We used the house as a basecamp as we explored the beaches, communities and lighthouses in the Sleeping Bear/Traverse City region.

Nice Updates

Very nice back yard, newly painted house colors are great. Comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms for the 4 of us worked out well. The house is close to a good coffee shop and restaurants.
