A really wonderful rental location. The views of the lake were wonderful from the porch and especially from the second floor bedrooms. The home is right next to a beach access path and is a very convient distance from downtown.

Lovely home. Excellent location with beautiful views of Lake Michigan from all the upstairs bedrooms. Within walking distance to beach and shops. Look forward to returning next year!

Our 8th year and we love it! Beds are a challenge because of age, should be replaced. Great location. Convenient to beach and town.

Location was great house was spacious however furnishings and in need of updating. Beds are old, couches & chairs are old. Kitchen was well equipped. Fantastic view, and very walkable to town. Not very kid friendly

A beautiful home overlooking Lake Michigan. Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying the beautiful summer. As they had mentioned, the walk down to the beach is a little steep, but you can always walk down the street and go to the public beach. The house is loaded with books and games. The city of Frankfort is a short walk away. Highly recommend this spot.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. The location is breathtaking with easy access to the beach and town. This was the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. It was well equipped with everything labeled. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for our couples golf trip. The only upgrade we could think is to upgrade all the beds to king/queens and maybe a bigger TV. Other than that place was clean and had every we needed.

Great place!

Very fun and comfortable place to stay! Great views and easy walk to town. Kitchen was pretty well appointed making it easy to cook too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space for a big family, typical lake house style with its own charm and touches. You could feel the family vibe to it. The best part was the location - the stairs down to the beautiful beach were in the backyard basically and you can walk downtown (10 mins).

This is a nice place. The location is great. The home has stairs to the main living area and another flight of stairs that leads to most of the bedrooms. It was clean but could use some updating. The beds were uncomfortable. The view of the lake is obstructed by a line of overgrown bushes.

Property manager was super responsive. Beautiful location, views, and a short walk to some great eats shopping. Our dogs enjoyed lounging in the backyard too. Highly recommend for any family lake getaways!

Beautiful place

Group of friends and I come up to Frankfort every year for ice fishing. Had never stayed here before but was perfect for the 6 of us. Amazing views and great location.

The location of this home is fantastic. Being right on the beach in Frankfort is hard to beat, and the house itself was clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property didn’t match the premium price we paid for the stay.There were numerous signs of deferred maintenance and lack of attention to detail throughout the property: unfinished and unpainted trim, scuffed walls, a screen repaired with duct tape, loose/dangling fixtures, and exterior areas that clearly needed cleanup and general maintenance. None of these things individually would have been a major issue, but collectively they made the property feel neglected. At a lower price point, we probably would have overlooked much of it. At this rate, we expected a considerably more polished and well-maintained home.To their credit, the management company was responsive and candid about the condition of the property. The home has an incredible location and a lot of potential. With some investment and attention to the basics, it could be a fantastic rental. As it currently stands, however, we didn’t feel the condition of the property justified the price.

Great Lakes Getaway may be the perfect home! The house is beautiful, well appointed and has plenty of space- and I don’t think the location could be more perfect!
