Guest Access:
Guests are provided with 2 designated parking spaces and may not park in any other spots, as each unit has its own assigned space. While guests have full access to the entire unit, please note that the entrance going to the unit is not private. Climbing Stairs are required.

The unit is conveniently located going to the beach. Literally walking distance!

We're committed to your comfort and convenience. Our dedicated 24/7 answering service ensures prompt response to any queries or concerns you may have during your stay. We're just a call or message away!

Other things to note:
**Pets**
Pets are allowed together with a pet fee of $250 per pet for the entire stay. We just ask to be advised beforehand on what kind of pet you are planning to bring.

**Early Check-in/Late Check out**
We do our best to accommodate all guest requests. Early check-in and late checkout are available based on capacity and come with an additional service fee, depending on the duration you need. We recommend reaching out to our customer service team for more information.

**Additional Amenities/Special Request**
For any requests such as an air mattress or Pack 'n Play, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This will allow us to adequately prepare for your arrival. Failure to provide this notice may hinder our ability to meet your expectations in a timely manner. Thank you for your understanding.

**Booking Requirement**
~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren't who they say they are. No calls means no check-in.

**Parking**
Street Parking: If you decide to park on the street. Please READ the street signs to know when street cleaning days and regulations are because hosts are NOT responsible for guests’ parking tickets.

**Maintenance**
Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash", "watering the grass" etc. Basically anything to maintain the house in a good condition.

**Mailboxes**
Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

~ For any violation listed in our additional house rules, we may charge a fee ranging from $300-$1000 depending on our cost or losses.
