We absolutely loved the property. So cozy & welcoming. Fresh flowers & the chocolate tart were such a thoughtful touch. We visited Annapolis during our stay & enjoyed lovely dinners @ Libby’s & Bridges. We will definitely be back.

Our stay exceeded expectations and this lovely property was perfect for our family! The hosts exhibited impeccable customer service with swift efficient communication and thoughtful responses that enhanced our stay in their property. In addition to lovely decor, we loved the coffee bar, screened in porch, back yard and overall coziness of our stay. Upon check in, there were fresh cookies waiting for us! The hosts were more than accommodating when we asked a couple of questions. We cannot wait to return to this particular property!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen and Mark’s house! The house is fully stocked with everything you could want/need- and it’s even nicer in person! The backyard is beautiful! It’s close to good restaurants and a little under an hour from St Michael’s! Highly recommend.

This property has everything you could possibly need and more! We loved the living spaces for visiting with friends and the sauna was a wonderful extra! The place was super clean, fully stocked, and the hosts were extremely helpful and accommodating. The 3 season screened-in porch is wonderful, and we really appreciated the coffee/tea bar. Wonderful place to relax for two couples!

We needed a place to stay while we were in the area for a wedding that was handicap accessible. This house didn’t just meet our expectations it exceeded them. Every detail was perfect, communication was excellent and we would love to come back sometime to this amazing property.

The most comfortable stay we’ve ever experienced. Traveling with my elderly mother (and my dog), this cottage checked all the boxes. Well-equipped kitchen, coffee station, amazing showers, a cozy screened in porch, and beautifully landscaped grounds. We had a great time putting a puzzle together, cooking meals, and sipping on wine. Terrapin Nature Trail is nearby and what a great walk that was. We would definitely stay again!!

This home was exactly as described but even better! Clean, great communication, super dog friendly as the yard is completely fenced. Walk friendly location. Porch was wonderful and where I spent most of my time! Thank you for a truly relaxing stay in your beautiful home.

My wife and I have stayed at many different places over the years but this may be one of the most well maintained properties I've ever seen. It was a great place for us to unwind with our dog and we would certainly recommend this location for anyone looking to stay in the area

Our stay was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and immaculate. Everything worked beautifully. The three season screened-in porch and backyard were inspiring with ideas for our own houses. Mark and Karen could easily have a design and landscaping design business; they are also phenomenal hosts! The house is an absolute pleasure! We hope to stay many more times. I highly recommend..

The cottage had everything you could need for your stay. The home is beautiful, the yard/gardens are beautiful. Immaculately clean and comfortable. We traveled with our dog and house, and neighborhood is very pet friendly. It was a great few days!

Excellent home for a small group

This home was perfect for our group of 5 in the area to visit family. The host had great communication and they had everything we needed for our stay and more. Easy check in and check out, full range of amenities, comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was such a wonderful getaway, and the house was the perfect place for everyone - including our dog. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought, care, and love the owners have put into this home. Every detail felt intentional, and the owners themselves could not have been kinder or more welcoming.The location was fantastic. We loved being able to spend time at the nearby beach, where there was plenty of room for my son to play and enjoy the water. He also loved the bike rides, while our dog was equally happy with all the wonderful walks around the area. It was such a great place to slow down and enjoy being outside together.The screened-in porch quickly became a favorite spot for relaxing, and the fenced yard was such a bonus with the dog. The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked without feeling cluttered. It also had a wonderful sense of ease and accessibility that made the stay comfortable for everyone in our group.What really made the experience stand out, though, was the owners’ kindness and thoughtfulness. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and want them to have a wonderful stay. That kind of personal touch is hard to find.We had such a lovely time and left feeling like we had found a little hidden gem on the Chesapeake. We truly hope to be back!

delightful cottage

We had a great stay at this home - excellent communication with owners, well-stocked kitchen and several nice touches thoughout the house. Loved the rockers on the screened in porch. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the fenced in yard.

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay. The house was spotless; Mark and Karen have provided everything one could possibly need, and they were super responsive. We enjoyed the porch, sauna, and fire pit; and our dog enjoyed the fully fenced backyard, nearby hikes, and dog-friendly local restaurants. Highly recommend!
