The Nest on Bass Lake, IN

This little getaway has everything two+ people might need to relax on the lake / beach or do some hiking & birdwatching. It’s super comfortable with just enough essentials. We get tons of complements on our super comfy mattress. Black-out blinds keep the space pretty dark. Enjoy the view while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail from the large deck on The NEST.

If you need a separate home for kids & grandkids, The CREW House, is also listed & sits right across the driveway. (Sleeps 8, 3 bed / 2 bath) *cart rental avl
This space is located on the second floor above a two car garage. We do not park vehicles inside. We do not have to cross the street to get to the lake & we have some outdoor activities shared with our other homes on the property.
There is a recreation room with pool table, darts, couch, large screen tv, kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee pot & some glasses & small bathroom inside. *quite hours apply
Kayaks, paddle boards, canoe & row boat are free to use & shared with other guests.
All guests can park on site.
All guests can use recreational room
All guests can use pavilion area, beach & docks.
*We are a small group of houses so there’s lots of privacy.
4 person Golf cart is available for $50/day or $250/week
6 person Golf cart is available for $100/day or $450/week
Pontoon rental available through Bass Lake Pontoon rental. ($375/day or $2000/week)

There is an emergency contact sheet on the entry table of your home.
There is parking right outside The NEST that is large enough to accommodate a large vehicle and trailer if need be.
We do decorate a Christmas tree for CREW House, The NEST & GOODWELL.
In the summer we do red, white & blue.
