After reviewing your comments we followed up with the homeowner who shared the following:-The home is accurately represented in the listing photos, and we encourage guests to review them carefully prior to booking to ensure the property aligns with their preferences.-Our cleaning team prepared the home the day before your arrival, so the condition described came as a surprise. A hallway closet is fully stocked with towels—many of them newly purchased this summer—to ensure guests have plenty available.-We were not aware the dock ladder was broken and regret any inconvenience this caused. This has since been noted for repair. Multiple paddles were provided earlier in the season, and we will review these items moving forward to ensure availability.-On behalf of Evolve, we referred you to the local guest contact for on-site assistance with dock-related water depth questions. This helps ensure concerns are promptly addressed and guests feel welcomed.We hope this helps future guests feel confident in choosing our property.
