Everything was absolutely perfect. The condo is clean and comfortable. The hosts sent us instructions and local recommendations ahead of time, which was so helpful. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The community is quiet. Everything I was hoping for and more. I honestly can’t wait to go back again!

Abdolutely gorgeous place with ocean views for an amazing price. Directly on the beach facing east which gives shade on the patio for the majority of the day making it easy to enjoy without too much sun or heat. Beach accessories were very helpful. I recommend Playa Palmilla for the closest swimming, snorkeling and soft sand beach. Only about a 2min Uber ride to get there.

Beautiful setting and very responsive hosts. The room had everything we needed. Several good restaurants within ten minutes walk, and the beach is steps away.

This place was everything we were hoping for! Check in was simple and the space was clean and well-equipped. Host sent information proactively and was responsive. The property itself is stunning and well maintained. Highly recommend and hope to be back!!

This was a 10/10 stay — ABSOLUTELY perfect in every way. Incredible location, exactly as described (actually better!), the hosts are A in every way.Where do I start? Hosts were kind and responsive to my pre-booking questions. The description of the unit and photos were accurate and reflected the unit perfectly. All the communication leading up to the stay was extremely efficient and clear. The pre-stay packet had all the arrival information, recommendations, codes, and area suggestions. The in-unit reference manual was clear and concise, offered such great tips (grocery stores, restaurants, transportation options, etc.)—what a great resource! These are hosts that clearly take great pride in offering their home and making everyone feel like the most special guest.The complex is right on the beach, overlooking the pool. Comfortable, nicely decorated… beach towels, chairs, umbrella, provided. AC and ceiling fans. Large living room TV. Well equipped kitchen. Delightful touches in the bathroom, including more than enough towels, and nice shampoos/conditioners. They provide washer/dryer and laundry pods, dishwasher and cleaning pods. And the bed… like sleeping in a cloud!And THE VIEW!My 10 days at Mira Vista were exactly the respite I wanted. Thank you so much Tim and Melissa! You are the gold standard of hosts!

Great location and lovely view!

The location was perfect and close to restaurants and shopping! Quiet pool and beach area! The condo had everything needed for a perfect stay! Looking forward to staying again soon!

A Nice Place to Stay

Really nice and quiet place with daily views of the whales. Right on the beach with pool available.A good sized complex. Not crowded at all.

We are surprised by the 4-star rating as Marlena reached out to us about renting our condo for a month next year. She did have trouble figuring out how to use a coffee maker and TV, so maybe that offset her enjoyment of watching the whales. She did say "sitting here with my glasses of wine overlooking the ocean, I realize how fortunate we are to be part of this beautiful world."

Our hosts were WONDERFUL! Thank you Tim and Melissa!This property was truely great for its unobstructed sea views and relaxed, quiet community. The pool was the perfect temp, and the sound of waves crashing ashore put me to sleep every night. It was the perfect place to slow down and enjoy some peace. Its location made catching an uber or cab very easy, and there was a convience store and two restaurants within walking distance. The UV light kitchen water at the property is worth its weight in GOLD. Water can be expensive and inconvenient to haul back to the residence. This upgrade saves time AND money.

Amazing place! Beautiful View right outside your slidinf glass door. Everythkng you can possibly need for a beach vacation is there for you !

Tim and Melissa provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay in their nicely furnished condo. We especially appreciated the fluffy towels, Roku TV, well-stocked kitchen (coffee maker with pods, filtered water, newer pots and pans, nice glasses...). We enjoyed spending time on the patio and swimming in the heated pool. When we had a question, Tim was quick to respond with a helpful answer.

Beach time heaven

We stayed at Tim & Melissa’s for two weeks and wished it was two more. Short uber to everything you need. Walk to several eating spots. Lay on the beach and fall asleep to the crashing waves. Heaven.

Paradise

This was a very special place. Very clean and well appointed. The complex is small and quiet which was very relaxing. The property grounds are beautiful. The best is the view and sitting out on the deck for coffee and watching the sunrise! Tim was excellent to work with and we will definitely return.

Hidden Gem

Mira Vista 20 is in a small complex, right on the beach, with terrific views, a great pool and grounds, and excellent accommodations. In our opinion it's a much better option than the big, expensive hotels and resorts. Everything you need is right here.

Great Place to stay in San José del Cabo

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo in Mira Vista. The view from the balcony is stunning and the beach is fantastic. We didn't really cook other than making eggs for breakfast, but the unit looks like it has everything you would need to cook anything you want. The pool was great, and nicely heated, not something you get at many places in Cabo. We had no complaints at all. Highly recommend this place and we will be back.

A quiet, wonderful oceanfront location.

We had confidence in this unit the moment we communicated with Tim & Melissa. They responded quickly and were incredibly helpful. All aspects of our rental was easy and efficient. The condo is exactly as pictured. During our 2 week stay, we spent hours on the balcony watching the whales and other marine life splash around just offshore at daybreak and sunset. Great spot!

Perfection

My husband and I had the most amazing stay at Tim and Melissa's condo in San Jose Del Cabo. The location is phenomenal! The photos in the listing are 100% what you get! The condo was very clean, the bed was so soft and comfortable especially after a "strenuous" afternoon at the pool. LOL The other owners/guests were very welcoming and spent time answering all this Gringo's many questions. We did not rent a car and used Uber and it was a breeze. Thanks so much Tim and Melissa for the wonder visit. We will see you again!!

Peaceful and beautiful

Excellent for a quiet scenic escape. Fish lady comes Friday upper parking lot noon-1pm, EXCEPTIONAL deals. Condo was great and the bed is brilliant, we are buying one now it was that comfortable!!! Lock box key pad accessed by opening condo screen door not neighbour box as we noticed you could get confused as mentioned in listing. Pool,bbq/AC/standup fan/stove patio furniture all great. 20 min walk to LaComer grocery store or short Uber. Great tacos under the bridge underpass that accesses condo. Hosts and Barb were super!!!!! Residents very friendly but give you privacy. We will definitely book Tim and Melissa's great condo again. We LOVED OUR 15 NIGHTS and wish it was much longer.
