My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous 8 nights stay at the property. This unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the sunrise with a coffee on the beach every morning. Meredith was a delight to deal with. She was always very responsive and even checked in with us.This property is near many wonderful restaurants and grocery stores that within walking distance. Uber was always available within a few minutes, so no need to rent a car if you didn’t want to. Thank you, Meredith. We can’t wait to come back one day.

Great rental!!! Kitchen was wellstocked and unit had everything we needed. A quiet property with a friendly staff and secure facilities. They kept the grounds very clean. The small pool right outside of our patio felt like our very own. Larger pool in the middle of the property was very close too. We loved the location. Walkable to grocery stores and our morning starbucks! Short uber to Thursday night art event and Flora Farms. Communication with the host was some of the best that we have had in traveling! Very responsive and everything went very smoothly. She was delightful! Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at Las Mananitas for years and just love it! The condo and property are perfect for proximity to the beach, old town San Jose, and the airport. Being on the beach, close to supermarkets and restaurants is always an enormous plus. Perfect little get away for your next trip to San Jose away from crowed San Lucas. Meredith is an excellent host and usually responds right away. The condo was spotless which is a lot coming from me!

This space was everything and more - i did not anticipate the absolute tranquility - what a blessing - my own pool ? my own entire complex ! When i did have a question Meredith was always rapid in her response and very helpful I cant wait to come back !

This place was amazing. As soon as you open the door, it’s lovely. The pool is right there and a lovely spacious deck and nicely furnished with glass tops. Well stocked, clean, and a good size. We want to return! You will not be disappointed. A great find. Thanks Meredith!

Just spent a great week here!Awesome amenities, kitchen fully stocked with cutlery, pots, pans, containers the works! Excellent coffee maker to get the day started right!Host is fabulous and incredibly attentive even if on another continent, thanks!Close to grocery and town is close for Thursday night art walk, great stuff there.Pools and grounds are immaculate and very well cared for and great to cool off in.Ocean about 100 steps away and was beautiful!Thanks for a great and relaxing week, will definitely recommend and come again!

Great spot for solo travelers!

Just a great location! Secure and safe ground floor unit situated very close to the beach with stunning views and crashing waves you can hear from the patio!Really enjoyed the small pool area, just like having your own private place to relax, sun, nap, etc.Condo very well-equipped and comfortable with most everything needed to stay for a while.Plenty of good shopping and dining spots nearby, easily within walking distance.

Private relaxation

Meredith’s place was a perfect get away for my husband and I. From the minute you walk in the door and see the lush landscape and the pool your worries just melt away. She was great to work with. Very responsive. This property is a must!I would definitely like to come back!

Loved it

The location is wonderful. Easy to uber everywhere. The home was cute and the pool was right outside the door and we were the only ones in it the whole 5 days we stayed. Will definitely stay again

Beautiful property

It was a wonderful stay in beautiful accommodations. Everything was clean and very organized. Instructions for use of the condo were very detailed and complete. The entire complex was very well taken care of and all staff were exceptionally friendly.

Very quiet and enjoyable stay

The condo is very well furnished and clean. The kitchen has every cooking accessory you will ever need. There is a small semi private pool just outside the room plus the main pool is just a 1 minute walk from there. Had a very enjoyable 5 day stay.

Beautiful Resort

Las Mananitas is a heavenly resort. Sparkling clean and well maintained. We happened to be there during COVID and the resort was sparsely occupied so we had the pool to ourselves much of the time. Great beach. Everything was perfect.

Quiet and beautiful stay

Great stay in a quiet and well maintained unit and complex. Some highlights from the unit are drinkable tap water, great blender, sharp knives and a view of the sunrise from the patio. There are several restaurants within a short walk as well as major grocery and an ice cream shop. The clean beach is fantastic for daily walks.

Had a lovely time with everything we needed within walking distance, well-equipped & comfortable condo with morning sun and beautiful view of pool and ocean, lots of whales this time of year and friendly people everywhere — perfect winter getaway, will definitely stay here again.

Vacation

My wife and I enjoyed a week in Meredith's home. We had a wonderful time.... outside of the construction (jack hammers) on the main pool. We either went to the beach or utilized the pool right outside the condo. Meredith was awesome to work with and very responsive. We will be returning in the future.

Lovely getaway.

We loved the location, with a pool right outside the door. The cactus garden is lovely and filled with singing birds and the crashing ocean waves all made this a relaxing getaway. Meredith was always available and helpful. The condo is perfect for two people.

The best Location in San Jose Del Cabo

The condo is perfect for two people. Las Mananitas is perfectly located next to the beach, shopping and Tap Deck for pizza. Buses and taxis to downtown San Jose are close by. The property staff is very respectful and helpful. The owner is super responsive.

Condo had everything we needed!

We just returned from a fantastic stay at this Las Mananitas condo. We had everything we needed. The condo is so well appointed and has plenty of towels, bedding and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Meredith was prompt with all communications and I will definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Cabo.
