The single-level condo features an open living room, kitchen and dining area that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. Large glass doors lead directly to the private balcony and lake views beyond.

Two flights of exterior stairs lead to the condo. There is no elevator.

Please review these details before booking:

✹ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

✹ A quick, secure identity verification is required and must be completed within 24 hours of booking.

✹ Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

✹ No parties or events.

✹ No smoking.

✹ No pets.

✹ Quiet hours are 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM.

✹ The community pool is seasonal and typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.

✹ Please do not have packages or mail delivered to the condo. We cannot guarantee receipt or security of delivered items.

✹ Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay.

✹ One Ring doorbell camera is located at the front entrance for security. There are no cameras inside the condo or in private guest areas.
