Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional Pet Cleaning Fee applies per pet:
1-5 Nights : 25$ Per Day
5-29 Nights : 200$
30+ Nights : 300$

Vehicle registration is required to park in the building parking. Step by step instructions will be sent the same day as your check in date to show how to register your vehicle. Everything is done online and takes about 1 minute. Failure to register or failure to register correctly could result in your vehicle being towed. We do not assume any responsibility for any towed vehicles.


Note: We have taken all the necessary actions to eliminate roaches such as regular pest control schedules and spray roach killers every cleaning but due to hot temperature (Summer time in Texas), roaches may still come inside but are very rare to happen.
