Kom og bo i dette 2009 specialbygget hjem i et bjerg omgivelser med smuk udsigt over Hominy Creek og bekvemmelighed til det bedste Smokey Mountains og Asheville har at tilbyde.

Udenfor, suspenderet i træerne kan du nyde aftensmad på et stort delvist overdækket dæk og se solnedgangen over bjerge, mens du indenfor vil nyde karakteren og komforten hos et certificeret NC Green Built home. Den passive solvarme design holder hjem breezy og køligt om sommeren, og lader solen varme hjem på kolde vinterdage.

Huset vil være rent og klar til at gå ind og slappe af. Gæsterne nyder fantastiske faciliteter såsom et helt hjemmets lydsystem, trådløst internet, et lille kontor, 40 "HDTV, dvd-afspiller, ismaskin, gas grill, pejs og marmorgulve! Den smukke åbne køkken virker meget godt for underholdende, mens den indirekte belysning tilføjer den perfekte stemning til hjemmet om aftenen.

De tre soveværelser er placeret på anden sal i hjemmet. Det rummelige soveværelse har en balkon og smuk Hickory gulve komplimenteret af en smuk dronning soveværelse sæt vender (2) 4 ft x 5ft høje vinduer ud syd ind i trætoppene. De andre 2 soveværelser; en, der har en køjeseng og dronning seng på travertin stengulve sat foran boligerne største vindue, mens den anden vil du træde ned i luksuriøse shag tæppe, hvor en komfortabel queensize-seng gør for en fredelig søvn.

Loved it.

The location is convenient to downtown Asheville, Biltmore, waterfalls, etc. The interior is nicely furnished, clean and in excellent condition. The pictures reflect accurately the interior. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, small appliances, etc. - all you should need. Large porch with nice view and secluded well from the neighbor houses. The only minor gripe is the somewhat steep dirt driveway with one tight turn. No problem with a 2 wheel drive vehicle but does take a couple of times to get use to it. The best way to summarize is we enjoyed it, would rent it again and recommend to others.

Great home set in the mountains!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mountain Home. It's a beautiful home, with nice furnishings and decor. We would definitely stay again. Perhaps in the summer where we could enjoy the deck.

Beautiful house close to Asheville!

We hosted a bridal shower for my sister here. The house was perfect for our family gathering & was conveniently located close to the Biltmore, downtown Asheville & grocery stores. The owner, Jason, was very easy to work with & made the entire process effortless. The only recommendation I would have is to have an all-wheel drive vehicle for the driveway during inclement weather.

Great for a long or short stay - secluded but also close to everything

We loved our stay here and enjoyed the ability to spread out and relax in different rooms of the house. There were plenty of places to sit and watch TV - the beds and linens were very comfortable. The place was very clean and we appreciated that! From the balcony we were able to watch hot air balloons rise into the skies, which was a great way to wake up. We recommend this beautiful home and would hope to stay here again when we are in the Asheville area.

Great spacious modern mountain retreat

We stayed here for a weekend tennis tournament. The home was awesome for multiple singles and couples! The kitchen was well equipped and all of the appliances worked great! Including the grill! The wrap around deck was great for morning coffee and evening drinks!!! Jason made check in and check out very easy. The house, beds, and furnishings were very comfortable and welcoming!!! We would highly recommend this home!!! We hope to be back next year!!!

Perfect Vacation House!

This was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit to the Asheville area - the house is conveniently located outside of Asheville, has a large deck to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains, and is surrounded by trees to offer privacy. The inside of the house is beautiful with amazing hardwood floors, 3 large bedrooms, a kitchen, 2 full baths, and several comfy seating areas to relax, visit, or watch tv. The location offered us the privacy and quiet that we were looking for, but is also close to everything - the highway, Asheville, shopping, gas, groceries, the Biltmore, restaurants, entertainment, etc. We had everything that we needed for an amazing vacation. Jason was a great host, very welcoming, and answered any questions that we had for him regarding the area. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely rent again for future vacations to the Asheville area.

Flawless

Stayed there 3 night Fathers Day weekend 2018. Seamless check in and owner was easily accessible leading up to check in and throughout our stay. Property has excellent amenities and well laid out. Deck is huge and also has southern exposure (Sunsets) from high on a hill. I was worried about being too far from Asheville but it was closer then I thought. 15 min max. I always gage my stay on whether I would stay there again and this is a positive YES.

What an amazing house and place to stay!!

The house was amazing and the view spectacular. Was an actual home away from home. Close to tons of stuff to do. Biltmore, hiking, and white water rafting. Was great to come back and just relax after all those activities. We just loved it. Any questions were answered right away. Great owner too.

Great house, great location

This was a great place to spend a long weekend with friends. We loved the Bluetooth sound system (and the owner's quick response in how to use it). The house was the perfect location for Asheville and other attractions. The driveway was steep, but our Honda Civic could make it up just fine. We definitely recommend this place!

Roomy and Helpful

Owner was very helpful. We had over 10" of snow and he came and plowed driveway so we could get up to house. We had another reservation cancel at the last minute and Jason worked with us to get us in at the last minute. House is nice with a wood burning fire place to enjoy on a snowy night. Would definitely recommend.

Great home, close to everything, but quiet

We had a lovely stay at Jason's home in Candler. It is in a quiet town outside of Asheville. Close to hikes and restaurants alike. The patio is huge and provides beautiful views of mountains. Lovely place to watch the sunset. We used the fireplace almost every night.

Inside is beautiful

The inside of the house is beautiful and very comfortable. We spent most of our time around the big table and kitchen which was very large and worked great for a party of 6. The directions to the property just need to be updated to let you know that you take a sharp right turn at top of hill to continue up to the house. Our car didn't like the hill and kept spinning out, we didn't know about the sharp turn at the top. We made it and knowing about it the next time made it easier to navigate. The outside furniture needs to be updated, the chairs and table aren't in the best shape but I imagine it is hard to keep up with them in the elements of the mountains. We did pull things under the covered part of the deck, as it was raining, and it was really nice to have that protection and still enjoy the outside. The bathrooms are beautiful and nice and large. All in all, a really nice place and we would stay there again.

Beautiful Home in the Woods

Jason's home is a great place to stay and get away from the hustle & bustle, but it's close enough to downtown Asheville to take advantage of all of it's cool places. Large, beautiful, quiet deck out back, well equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds to sleep in. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay! Thank you!

peaceful getaway

The big house was perfect for our group. We had two families of five and there was plenty of room for sleeping and eating. We spent most of our time out enjoying all that the Asheville area has to offer and the house was conveniently located to most of the attractions. Thanks for a great Vacation :)

Very nice place to stay

I recently visited the Asheville area for several days with a group of friends. We all really liked this house. It's scenic, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed cooking dinners and hanging out on the deck together. Jason was great! I would recommend this if you're looking for something spacious and not too far from the action of downtown.

A Beautiful Home in a Great Location between Asheville and Maggie Valley!

My husband, 1 adult daughter, and I rented this home for 5 nights over Memorial Weekend. The home was immaculate and very comfortable, with lots of space located in a secluded, natural setting with nice views, especially from the corner bedrooms and back porch. The location was perfect for us, as we took advantage of activities and attractions in Asheville (15 min. to the East) and Maggie Valley (15 min. to the West). We especially enjoyed the interesting and eclectic artwork and books in the house. Jason was very responsive and helpful, always available when needed, but never intrusive. We had a fantastic lunch at a local café, The Rejavanation. We found the driveway, mentioned by others, easy to handle. However, those who have difficulty with stairs, might find this home to be a challenge. We would highly recommend this home to family and friends and would definitely rent again.
