Located on the prestigious Island Moorings Marina, Solmate is a beautiful three story vacation home. This luxurious three bedroom three and a half bath townhome feature stunning water views from the private rooftop deck and has everything you need for the perfect vacation

Solmate has a fully stocked kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances and all the modern amenities you'd expect right at your fingertips. The spacious living area offers a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV.

The downstairs guest bedroom offers a queen size bed with a private bathroom. Located on a second story the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The third guest room guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

The private elavator services every floor including rooftop deck, spend time making memories with your family and friends take in the gorgeous Marina views as you grill your Fresh Catch in the outdoor kitchen.

It is an excellent unit and was exactly as described. Host was really easy to work with, location and amenities were great. Location is right on top of the marina. We had a boat with us and it could not be easier to launch it and rent a slip. Marina staff was super-helpful every turn, it is incredibly well run. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the location. The property had everything we needed. It wasn’t the cleanest, as 2 of the showers had hair and dirt all over the walls and floors, and hair on the comforters. Good place to stay with friends though and very convenient to the beach access point.

Great location just outside the busy road along the beach.

First time checking out the area I have never heard of Port Aransas. We wereI impressed with the miles of beach and the beach road access. Get the permit, park next to where you choose to hang out on the beach!

Texas getaway

This marina townhouse is wonderful! The area is quiet and everyone enjoyed it! The host Brandon was helpful and addressed our issues immediately. There are many things to do and easy to access from this location. We would definitely stay again.

FISHING GET AWAY

The condo was great and even better than advertised. The elevator made it easy going from one floor to the next and we had a great view. Brandon, our host was very responsive and on top of things. The marina gave us the first boat slip so we were able to park our boat right outside our front door. Even though it was windy for most of our stay overall it was a great trip. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the best stay! The property is tucked off in a quiet marina. The house was stunning. A lot of stairs but they have an elevator for those who need it. Very clean, had everything we could want. Thank y’all for opening up your home.

A secret GEM

Beautiful view of the marina , easy access to beach and restaurants . Owner was super helpful. Property has one lower patio , two balconies facing the marina and an incredible PRIVATE roof top patio with a gas grill . Pool was clean and steps away from property . 10 out of ten

Peaceful stay in Port A

We enjoyed our time with family here. The space was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. This property is very clean and in good condition. You can’t beat the views of the marina and boats! The sunset on the rooftop is our favorite.

Port A

We had a nice time staying at this property! The layout of the house worked well for us! The elevator and the pool steps from the garage were nice perks! We also loved the roof top patio! The beach was super easy to access with car and golf cart. Golf cart rental is a must although using Uber was very affordable. The people in Port A were all so super friendly! Property has no beach accessories (towels, chairs, umbrella, etc) or cleaning supplies so plan accordingly! Also, the mosquitos were crazy especially on days with no wind! Overall, super fun family time!
