Denne to etagers rene og komfortable condo (3 soveværelser / 2 badeværelser) med nyt opdateret køkken er smukt beliggende med udsigt over hovedpoolen på Coral Cay Condominiums og inkluderer havudsigt fra soveværelset. Udnyt begge balkoner til den afslappende lyd fra stranden eller starten på happy hour.

Golf, fiskeri, fugleopdræt, vandsport, tennis og god madoplevelse er tilgængelige minutter fra denne strategisk placerede ejendom ... bare medbring din solkrem og badehåndklæder !! Denne familievenlige enhed tillader fleksibilitet af sjov på stranden med børnene eller en kort tur til 18 huller golf på en overkommelig mesterskabsbane.

Excellent stay. Property is in a perfect location and is spacious and clean. Richard is very responsive and addressed any of our questions right away. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again next time we are in Port Aransas!

We enjoyed our stay here.It is spacious and clean with comfortable beds .The pool is clean and has a deep end of 7 foot for my son who is 6’2 which he enjoyed. It’s quiet and close to the beach . The host check in on us . We will definitely come back .

Excellent location, quiet property and great view from balcony!

The place was just as described and had everything we needed. Having 2 pool areas was a huge plus! The view of the beach and the boardwalk from the third balcony was much better than pictured. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo was very clean and in a good location. We had issues working the thermostat, but when we contacted Rich, he was very helpful and fixed it for us. He was always spot on to answer any questions we had. I would stay here again. It is a lovely place.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! The condo was spacious and though we ate out for our meals, the kitchen seemed fully equipped. Location was terrific.

Perfect getaway location

Loved our stay not only in this unit but in this complex. The unit is clean and fully stocked with everything you could need. The grounds are well kept and the pools are tended everyday. The walk to the beach is quick and easy, even our toddler had no complaints. Hosts were available for any questions we had. We will be back again Highly recommend staying here! .

Great condo close to the beach!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and just as described. The pool is just steps away and the beach was a short walk. Restaurants were just a short drive. The balconies also offered a great view. No complaints and we would definitely stay there again!

PA vacation

My wife and I plus a family friend stayed two weeks in the Port at Richard’s property. We have rented VRBO properties in various locations for a number of years. Richard’s communication and providing pertinent information was excellent throughout. The property was glistening clean with ample provisions for getting started with a vacation. Descriptions of the property and proximity to the beach were spot on. The property is comfortable, breezy easy and effortless to manage, All systems were in working order. Thanks Richard. Looking forward to checking in with you again.

Our top choice

Over the past few years, we have gone to Port Aransas several times, both in the fall and spring. Our favorite place to stay is Richard's. It's close enough to town to make restaurants, shops, etc. super convenient. And the quick walk across the boardwalk to the beach is a lovely short trip as well. The layout of the unit is very convenient, with two bedrooms and a bath upstairs and the other bedroom/bath down for extra privacy. The closet full of beach toys came in handy, and the internet was super fast for the unexpected Zoom meetings we took while we were there. We always appreciate that our dog is welcome at Richard's, as well. All-around, this is our favorite place to stay in Port A!

Loved the location of this condo. 5-7min to beach walk for 4-6yos. Ample bedroom space. Great full kitchen. It was clean! Awesome storage closet full of beach and pool toys but we didn't use them. We brought our own. Due to erosion we had some stickiness and faulty locks/doorknobs but Richard was accessible and helpful. We would suggest bringing a small stool for littles to reach bathroom sinks and nightlights. The pool and laundry room also worked well for us, but remember to bring cash or coins.

Beautiful property. Check-in was quick and we had no issues with our stay. They clean the pool everyday and it is a short walk to the beach. The property has everything that you need and more. There is a coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. They provide beach chairs, toys, and floats which is super thoughtful and convenient. The unit is clean and has an awesome view of the pool and beach. Parking is not crowded and we felt our vehicles were safe and secure. The unit is located on the second and third floor with the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other bedrooms on the 3rd floor. You won't be disappointed with this one!

I also volunteer locally at the non-profit ARK (Animal Rehabilitation Keep), assisting and supporting the local and migratory birds and sea turtles. I am excited about what Coral Cay #206 "Island Time" has to offer you and my goal is to make your visit accommodating and enjoyable.

The condo complex is very well maintained and has plenty of FREE close parking for your boats, cars or buggies. The property is near to great restaurants and everything Port Aransas has to offer, not to mention a short walk to the boardwalk and over the dunes to one of the best beaches in Texas for warm ocean surf.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The Coral Cay Condominium complex amenities are abundant. Its beachfront location is ideal; there are two inviting pools (closest pool near 206 heated during the winter months)., pickel ball court, an activity/meeting room, shuffle board, palapa with picnic and barbecue area and the convenience of on-site coin operated laundry. For those fisherman, there is a private fish cleaning area for your convenience.
