Oplev en fredelig flugt med luksuriøse spa-bade, gourmetkøkken, bambusbar, ultra komfortabelt sengetøj, tre pejse, to dæk og masser af plads og privatliv. Undslippe stress og jag i højhuse. By-hjemmet har tre niveauer og er placeret på lydsiden af øen. Det er kun en sten kaste væk fra vandkanten. Kryds gaden og slentre et par skridt til bugten. Denne rolige private bolig er beliggende væk fra barer og restauranter på den østlige ende af øen nær Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Forår på stranden er enkel smuk. Vejret er varmt, men ikke meget varmt. Luften er luftig og varm med højder i de øverste 70'erne, 80'erne og 90'erne. Bands on the Beach spiller gratis koncerter hver tirsdag aften kl. 21 til kl. Gulfside Pavilion. Forårsfestivaler og andre begivenheder i masser fylder dine sjove pakket dage. For jer foodies tilbyder foråret masser af lækker fisk og skaldyr inklusive Cobia (en tyk hvid velsmagende fisk især grillet), languster og bløddyrskrabbe ud over den normale billetpris. Sommeren taler for sig selv på Pensacola Beach. Du kan ikke finde mere smukke strande overalt i vores nation. Vores sukkerhvide sand gør vores strande absolut betagende. Book din uge på forhånd for den bedste pris og tilgængelighed.

The host was very attentive and checked in with us before, during and after our stay. I loved the house and beds were very comfortable. We loved the location. My favorite was sitting on the deck. Will be staying here again.

We stayed here for a total of seven days from July 5-12 for a baseball tournament for 16-18 year old boys. We were extremely satisfied during our stay. Busy week between baseball, 4th of July and the Blue Angels.

Plenty of room

Very nice property with lots of room. Close to the beach and just 2 miles from the boardwalk and restaurants and shopping. Ms Carla is so nice to work with. We would definitely stay at her home again.

I look forward to having you and your family back in the near future. The access to both sides of the island so close is a plus. We are close to the core of the island for fun but just far enough away to get away from the restaurant, bars and shops for some serenity.

The house is in a great neighborhood and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The bayside is also beautiful.

Great location and convenient to the beach It would be nice to have a marked crosswalk for going across the main road Carla was a great host and was prompt in answering questions and meeting needs.

The home was as pictured. We had plenty of room with 2 adults and 3 teens. Owner was able to contact easily and responded quick with any questions we had. She had plenty of suggestions for restaurants. It’s a short walk across the road to get to the beach. And having 2 wagons and umbrellas and chairs was so helpful. We also all enjoyed the bicycles. Would def recommend this home for a great vacation. Would love to stay there again

Summer Getaway

Carla, our host, was amazing. Condo was exactly as presented. Her recommendations for shopping and restaurants were spot on. If we're back in Pensacola Beach, we'll be staying there!

Great place to stay with family!

We have been vacationing in Pensacola for 27 years and this was our first stay on this side of the island. It was a short walk to the beach and the sound was just steps away. The trolley stop was also very close. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and had everything you could possibly ever need!

Amazing

This property was an amazing place to rent. The owner kept in touch and made sure everything worked perfectly. The neighbor was really helpful and nice. Definitely would recommend this place to people I know!

Wonderful Vacation Home

The home is nice with 3 bedroom and a cool little secret room. The kitchen and living room are nice and spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. It's just a few steps feom the Sound and a small walk to the beach. We loved our vacation location. The 3 bathrooms were A.M.A.Z.I.N.G to have. The best the about all of it was the owner. She is simply the best. She made this a great location!

Excellent experience!

The beach house was absolutely beautiful and our family enjoyed it so much. The owner was very helpful, very honest and listed everything accurately. I would highly recommend this property. We had a family emergency at the end of our stay and the property owner was wonderful to us throughout the entire time, even checking on us to make sure we got home safely. Thank you!

Wonderful House

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Some of the kitchen appliances are a bit quirky. And, there should be rrom for groceries. But other than that it waa great.

I have a ton of extras in my home. I built it for myself with high end appliance and extras throught the home. My oven and microwave are made by Dacor, the Miele Italian cooktop is a touch pad, Jenn Air dishwasher and refridgerator plus a Dacor warming drawer. I even have a pot filler. All lights have dimmers and all fans have dimmers and remotes. The latest technology and extras takes a little learning curve but I have a manual on everything in the home plus tell my guest to call in advance and point out that my cooktop may need a bit of instruction. There is room for groceries for a weekly stay for sure. I also have several new streaming TV's. If you want a beautiful high end kitchen and bathrooms, my home is for you. Nothing is just the basics here. Call me for a luxery stay!

Comfortable Quiet Clean Classy

Very comfortable place with recent nice renovations. Condo is away from hustle bustle but close enough. 10-15 minutes will get you wherever you need/want to go in Pensacola Beach or Gulf Breeze. Access to sound. Easy access to beach across road. Carla is a terrific owner. Great communication and she genuinely cares about your stay. We’ll definitely return to stay here again.

It was a nice home, very torn down patio, very old and the others were fairly new and we were scared to even do anything in the house because Carla seemed very rude about her house, i will definitely go back to Florida but won’t stay with Carla anymore she’s too picky .

I can't say enough good things about this place. It is so comfy, clean, pretty and the amenities are great. The beds were oh so comfy. Lots of big fluffy towels to dry off with after showering from a day at the beach, Loved having breakfast outside on the patio. Lots of chairs and a nice big table. Owners even provided us with beach towels! The beach as always was beautiful!! It was so nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Had loads of fun at Shaggy's and the food was great too. The owners are super sweet and understanding. This townhouse is very welcoming and has a "your home" vibe to it. If your considering Pensacola Beach choose this townhouse... You'll be happy you did. We will be back!!!
