Beliggende kun få skridt fra de hvide sandstrande i Pensacola Beach, dette trestjernede sommerhus på 1207 Ariola Drive har et åbent køkken, spisestue / opholdsstue, rummeligt tagterrasse og stor indhegnet baghave.

Sovepladser Nine: Soveværelse 1 har en tvilling over fuld køjeseng, soveværelse 2 har en queensize seng, og soveværelse 3 har også en queensize seng og har adgang til terrassen og indhegnet baggård. En sovesofa er placeret i opholdsstuen for ekstra sovende. Hallenbadet har en stand-up bruser, mens det andet bad også har et brusebad med bænk og er tilgængelig fra baghaven. I slutningen af en solbadet dag på stranden er der underholdning for alle med nye, større fladskærms-tv i hvert soveværelse og i stuen! Gratis WiFi.

Nyd masser af udendørs rum med en overdækket terrasse i hjemmet og et stort tagterrasse, fantastisk til at nyde Florida solen. Adorable House but Odd 2nd Bathroom

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great time on Pensacola Beach this year. The house was nice, nicely stocked with quality utensils, which I love in the kitchen. The bathroom situation is weird and I think it should’ve been called out more in the description as if that would have been the heat of summer or extreme weather. The walking outdoors to go to a bathroom would be very very very inconvenient. However, take away that house is in a great location, right near the walk, waiting on the beach and we were lucky to see the blue angels on our last day there with their two fly eyes. I would definitely stay at this house again. Note that the Internet was awful! If other factors of the house weren’t good this really would’ve affected the rating. Other places I rented have always specify. The owners needed to have a certain level of Internet service and cable, and this property lacked severely. So please talk with the owner because you would be very disappointed at watching any TV at night in the various rooms due to the terrible Internet service. A phone call to the property management company would not have helped the situation. Most importantly, the house was clean and didn’t have any issues.

Minutes from so many wonderful restaurants . The home has wonderful a c for the summer and great heat for the winter vacations . We are an older couple and love the spread out one story Feel with all the patio options front back , top and private bedroom patio. to sit outside . Another balcony outside had stairs up high is just a wonderful and breathtaking Feel and view to relax and enjoy your stay even more . Just love the dog fence , since we are a pet owner , he is old and doesn’t do stairs , the outback restroom is ideal for him . The home is very clean and beautifully kept . Such a great home For sitting outdoors , beach feel peace and quiet , not to breezy like the gulf front , heavenly. would love to see the back patio mini cover have a Solid top material for shade to keep sun and heat down , to sit outside longer in comfy patio sectional , but during day we would sit up front and alternate . Back yard is a paradise ! When you run out of places to go , this home is just the place for take out and drink enjoyment ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Water pressure in the shower was super. Kitchen was well-stocked (again with quality cookware and utensils) and daily necessities were provided - plenty of soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry supplies, etc. Truly, our only complaint was that the can opener was dull and didn't cut through the lid. I would recommend replacing it.

This was our second stay at this property, and we already booked our third for 2025! A very nice, quiet location, with quick access to a secluded section of the famous beach. Well equipped. Large driveway is great for our travel van. As with our last stay, the property was very clean. Nice to have everything on one level too. (Just one very minor suggestion--you might add a house number somewhere. We had a few deliveries showing up that should have went the house next door--but no big deal.)

Perfect bungalow beach access Just Across the street

We love a home on the ground to be more near the sand and landscape beach feel . It’s was my Mother’s Day and Christmas destination and enjoyed it so much . I have a very old dog who can’t climb , we bring his playpen to stay inside and he has the perfect nice size fenced back yard and large patio to stay on . This home smells so fresh and very very clean . It has everything you need for the perfect stay . Everything is so nicely done inside and out . The master bedding is heavenly and has its own separate private patio connected with privacy fence . The top balcony breath taking view of surroundings with plenty of seating for night or day. The bottom patio is just a perfect sectional for outdoor relaxing anytime also . Outdoor Lighting is so perfect . It was cool in the summer and very warm in the winter . We love to shop at all the many gift shops and eat at crabs , flounders and take out from the reef restaurants . Our stay was relaxing at this beautifully designed home and taking walks on the beach and neighborhood . When you check in at paradise beach rentals , the women they’re so very nice . We just love this home and can’t wait to come back here for another stay ! Christmas at the island is way to beautiful !
