Great location and great property. Hosts were excellent as well, and were very quick to respond to us. Additionally, the hosts provided the best check in instructions for any VRBO stay we've ever had. Apartment was very clean and everything needed was provided. Will definitely look up the hosts again the next time we are in Houston!

Perfect for Our Needs - Excellent Host

This property fit our needs for the area we needed to be in and accommodations. The price was right, as well! The owners were excellent with communication and proactive (like letting us know well ahead of time when work was being done nearby.) Wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I got my start at Oklahoma State University, Finance 2009, and went on to earn an MBA from Rice University in 2016. While I was at Rice, I really got into Entrepreneurship and Small Business Acquisition, which kick-started my own project, KingBedsOnly. It's pretty much where my love for crunching numbers met my entrepreneurial spirit head-on.

My philosophy is one of balance—dedicating myself to hard work while equally embracing the joys of life. I lead an active lifestyle and cherish the opportunity to meet new people and explore diverse cultures. Hosting has not only enabled me to connect with individuals from all walks of life but also to build a foundation for passive income. This endeavor allows me to allocate more time to my highest priorities: family, golf, and travel.
